Whichever provider you choose is going to have their own technique, and they will (if their worth their salt) work with you on the best timeframe and aftercare routine for you based on that technique, which brand of HA they use, and your anatomy and tissue structure. Every man is different, and every provider is different, so there's not really a "one size fits all" solution for anything when it comes to Male Enhancement, unfortunately. One vote for Avanti, although I'm biased. You can search on here for people going back for PMMA after the HA starts to disappear. I guess use a pump 5-8hg for 20 min maybe twice a day so they can fit more filler is the one advice I would recommend.

Ivie seen a lot of providers recommend having a max of like 20ml in one session and then building that up in later ones.
Everyone is different so 40ml might well be realistic for you.

I‘d go for 10ml max in a single session due to the swelling stretching out the skin. Being uncircumcised is another factor making a cosmetically pleasant result more challenging.

In fact, we have very similar attributes (same Erect length and Foreskin length). However, your starting Girth is the same or even slightly above the Girth I achieved with multiple HA sessions over 3 years (multiple dissolving and correcting, 35ml in total). Personally, I think this is the perfect Girth to length ratio and if I were you, I wouldn’t do any modification at all. You have the perfect looking Dick already and I believe whatever you do will rather make it worse than better. So if you decide to do it nevertheless, I would go with small volumes (I startet with 8ml). Under no circumstances would I do a Circumcision, you have a lot to lose and hardly anything to gain. Yes, HA is somewhat reversible using hyaluronidase, but it’s still challenging to remove larger volumes without any residuals being encapsulated and forming harder masses.

Please rethink your motivation and look at the stats, you‘re already in 98th percentile in an extremely aesthetic appearance. Everything extra will have diminishing rates of return for the size but a high risk of damaging the latter.

7 days post 1st round - 10ml
Injector stayed quite high and away from the forward part of the shaft to avoid the Foreskin looking swollen. Pretty happy and surprised by the size increase already! Next 10ml will get done in about 4/5weeks.

Update: 3 weeks post second round of 10ml HA filler.
Feels good, looks good. Up to 6.25inches Erect Girth.
Considering one more round to add some more volume around the base.
My partner loves it!

Does anyone have suggestions for amount of HA filler to add to the glans/head? Does it significantly reduce sensation? Thinking of next round being my last for now, but adding a small amount to the head, but don’t want it to feel weird. Any other possible complications to consider other than the regular ones?
