TOPIC: Ligament release with spacer (no stretching required)

Hey everyone ,

I’ll be undergoing my procedure this Monday with Dr. Thiele in Dallas, and I plan to document the experience and healing process here.



This method is different from the standard ligament-cut lengthening. It’s based on Dr. Antonio Rossi’s pubo-cavernous spacer technique, which uses a mesh or spacer to hold the ligament in the extended position.

Because of that support, no post-op stretching or hanging is required — the spacer itself keeps the ligament from re-attaching or retracting.

In the study, the average increase was about 0.8 inches flaccid and 0.5 inches erect, with some patients reaching up to 0.75 inches erect gain depending on anatomy. Results were stable past the one-year mark.



This is a newer, supported approach designed to avoid retraction and give a more natural hang.

My current estimate flaccid length 4.7in and errect around 4.6 (was not able to properly measure) . I had 2 rounds of fillers from avanti.



Monday I’ll get exact measurement and praying everything goes well. I just want to get normal to ofcourse slightly above average on length both flaccid and errect. If I’m able to get .5in erect then it’s a win. You can see with the filler my penis tends to turtle, I hope it will solve that. Won’t know till procedure



Cost of procedure is around 9900

I just had my procedure two days ago, and honestly, it was a pretty scary experience at first.
I was awake the entire time they gave me Valium, but Dr. Thiele needed me conscious to tell him if I was feeling pain. Every time I did, he injected more local anesthetic.

At one point a vessel burst, and he said he had to seal it off immediately or he’d have to stop the procedure. I was terrified I might lose my penis, but thankfully he got it under control. Because of that vessel, he couldn’t safely do the full 1-Inch ligament release, but he managed about ¾ Inch along with the V-Y plasty and a silicone spacer, so there’s still a noticeable increase in size.

He measured by stretching and marking the skin on my thigh the large line was my original size, and the smaller secondary line shows the gain. I’ll have a better idea once swelling goes down, but the difference looks promising so far.

Dr. Thiele told me:
• 30 days before resuming sex
• 90 days before unprotected sex (to prevent infection)

There’s still pain, but the prescribed meds are helping. I’m really grateful that he coordinated directly with the pharmacy to make sure I wasn’t in pain during or after surgery.

I’ve already had morning erections, so the tied-off vessel thankfully didn’t affect my erectile function. I still have gauze on, but from what I can see, the incision and scar look minimal. I’ll try to post pics and a size update sometime next week once the swelling settles.

Isn’t Dr Thiele another Loria trained doc that utilizes silicone for filler? What is his medical background? Why did he not use general or at least IV sedation during this procedure?

Both very good questions.

No sedation , hence the Valium. He mentioned anthesia and I thought that meant sedation, and couldn’t back out losing entire amount . Most people on the forum complain 6in wanting to gain length. While I way less been wanting to gain that size. And mentally not in place where been gaslight and manipulated by girl I loved so much , so being self conconcius and all wanted so badly to increase length.

That being said. I don’t know if it’s different person. Since loria does silicon sleeve. I did not get silicon sleeve. This is silicon spacer, and if you saw the medical paper it seemed pretty good results.

I don’t see shortening, so that is the good sign. I feel errection even thou painful, but that’s the same as if getting filler. I slightly feel longer. But I would know after a week after removing bandages . Since the bandage also pushing downward the penis .

The red flags for transparency

1. Anger management issues, I want to say it was green since he got angry at pharmacy for not getting me the medication I needed and getting something I don’t need. Which he said I should get refund . The clinic reimbursemed when cvs couldn’t.

2. When at the end, about to close up. He start to get back pain, and got fustrated on doing last stitch. Me being on Valium and nervous was like just being thankful For dealing with the blood vessel situation . Since at least he didn’t push forward .

So I am praying that theirs some moderate increase . I’ll keep everyone updated . It’s one of the reason for this great forum, and community and being satisfied about getting the fillers



I will say this, when getting reduction of the extra skin (not sure name but like turkey neck) from shaft and testical. At mount sinai. They also had no sedation , I was completely awake for that. It’s unusual and scary. But even mount sinai Urologist did without sedation

Sorry for late delay. So everything healing well. Scar becoming less noticeable . I did see close to .5in gain in Erect
Visually most looks same but holding and even penetrating feels deeper.

I didn’t notice too much on Angel when having sex. Base in mind I had sex 5 days before I’m supposed to. So had slight pain but mostly on the skin.

Overall satisfied , wish there was Flaccid hangs thou but happy my Erection and penile is functioning

The attachment from the doctor regarding length seems like double talk.
