Hi,

I got HA fillers (Teoxane ultra deep) from Androfill clinic in London about 10 days ago. My penis is quite squishy right now. How long would it take for it to integrate, and what can I expect in the end? Would it be approximately as hard as the core penile tissue?
What are some ways to fasten the integration process?
Thanks!

Keep in mind Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is often a multi-layered approach in the literal sense. You are still quite freshly post-op in my opinion (I'd say a minimum of 2 weeks before you can comfortably engage in more phallic activities, unless your Doctor says otherwise), and while HA isn't the collagen-inducer that PMMA & Ellanse are, you still get some foundational collagen & elastin nonetheless. So to answer your question regarding integration, it somewhat varies person-to-person, I would wait at least 6 weeks before assessing it, dwelling on it in the interim will only make you needlessly obsess over marginal degrees of improvement over an extended period of time.

By multi-layered approach, I mean to say that you may find the brick-laying approach to fortify prior injections, and thus resulting in a more natural result (where some of the filler has integrated, because some of it will dissipate over 6-18 months). With HA it is hard to pass judgement until you've at least had 2 to 3 top-offs. I know this because there are guys who are quite content with their HA, but often express this after having gone through with multiple rounds. That said, not everyone's results are created equal, and a lot of this also is dependent on how well your shaft accommodates the filler.

Patience is your best course: 2 weeks is your recovery period, 6 weeks is the earliest I'd say to pass initial judgement, and 6 weeks post-op after at least your 2nd round of top-offs would be the best time to conclude definitively.

Thanks so much. How many ML is the most you've seen someone take in? Is it possible to take 5-10ml every year and have it 'build' up?

Had 15ml Teosyal my first round (+15% Girth gains). took four weeks for it to feel settled, six weeks for it to feel 'natural'. would recommend drinking extra water, eating healthy + supplements, and sleeping well during week one and two. the mental acceptance may take a bit longer, but try and stay positive.
