TOPIC: Elliot Heller Allure Plastic Surgery Ligament Lengthening Reviews?

I’m considering penile lengthening surgery involving the ligament release at Allure Plastic Surgery in NYC with Dr Elliot Heller. Has anyone done this who can give me any feedback on results? Are there any complications? He showed me photos and it seemed the scar is minimal and that there is a clear increase in Flaccid length, and he said that also gives about the same increase in Erect. I’m worried I regret this, or any shortening due to scar tissue, so if anyone has done it would love to know how it went.
