I have a progress thread but wanted to update everyone on the actual Texas medical board complaint that I filed against Dr. David Dellinger. They gave me the results today and of course they did nothing about it except give him a warning. It will remain in his file and if other people complain about him, they will consider a formal sanction, etc.
So if you are within the one year timeframe for Texas and filing a complaint against Dr. David Dellinger, they will probably take it more seriously now that there’s at least one in his file. I will have to file an appeal and I’ll be reporting Dr Bryan Kansas who did the surgery to correct the other issue I’ll be reporting him to the Texas medical board and HHSC. That’s the path I was advised to do. Urology Austin where he works. Wanted to wait for the Dellinger result before they would consider the settlement so I’m not sure how they’ll manage this.

The Board of Medicine in California has slapped a certain Doctor (no need to name as this does not need to go off topic) on the wrist many times despite what should easily amount to a revocation of medical practice, but I'm afraid there are more "interests" at play than we know. And I'm no conspiracy theorist, I'm literally suggesting that the Boards of Medicine in some States (and in this case, Texas) don't seem to have the patient or consumer as their #1 priority, or at least it feels that way seeing how some unscrupulous players in this industry are still allowed to perform. #endrant.

Sorry to hear about it but at least there is a paper trail now, and my most optimistic side hopes that it could serve as a catalyst for future claims.

Thank you. I hope others who have had similar problems file compliance so that they are at least on file and that they look at patterns
I wondered too about it basically seems like doctors protecting doctors. In Texas I believe these are volunteers to be part of this panel. And my appeal I’ll be addressing the fact that I was told I would have a chance to speak with someone either the board itself or a representative of the board before a decision was made. That came from the board so they did not follow their procedure if that is in fact Required.
And I gave them proof where he said two times in writing that Kenalog would “dissolve “CMC and PMMA.. I thought well maybe they could see it as I misunderstood but the fact that he put it in writing twice it’s a bit concerning that they did nothing about it.

It must concerning though is that it just sends the message to these doctors that they can do whatever the hell they want without any repercussions.
