Yes I would say it’s still hard, mine has all been placed on the sides fairly deep. I’m married so my wife obvi knows I have it, but I don’t think a random women would would grab it and say why is it squishy. Haha

I don’t really do the bone pressed, I would say I’m over 6” if I pressed it, I just measure what I’m able to use haha. If you have the funds to go with HA first for a trial and then switch I think that’s a good idea. I have for sure dropped some big money, although I believe my first 10 units weren’t effective, I think my sleeve was to tight from PhalloFILL and it caused me to have an Erection right after my procedure for about 5 hours. It was no fault to the person that did is as he was just judging what I looked like flacid before, when I was nervous it would be very much smaller than my normal. So in reality I’d say that 30 units got me here. I did start seeing someone local that placed it the exact same way, and the exact same filler, but no sleeve. I didn’t have to travel so I’ve been going that route. He’s more expensive here but no travel is nice!

I’d say go for it! It’s very nice to look down at every day 🤣 but the road wasn’t easy, some times after a procedure it wouldn’t look right so I’d have to go back and add here and there and “shape” I had some muscle bands at the base and near my glad that likes to constrict and I had to place extra there. That may not be the case for you.

I’ve been at this since last May, getting at least 5-7 units after a month or so, I’m not gonna wait and see what loss looks like or how long it will hold, I’ll then make a decision if I’ll just continue the HA as maintenance or go the perm route. Time will tell! But I’m never going back 🤣

Frankly, women aren't nearly as obsessed with our size as we'd like to believe, and they are just as temperamental as any of us -- to assume a gradient in your Girth enhancement is somehow the cause for "less climaxing, despite still climaxing," then I'm afraid you might be your own greatest obstacle.

If a woman requires an absurdly rare Girth for satisfaction in a loving relationship, then the problem is on her, not you. However, more times than not, the problem is in our heads.
