Thank you all for your input. I am glad that you all are getting good results from a P-Long like protocol. The reason that I did the P-Long study was to study and eventually prove that you can increase the length and Girth and function of a healthy man's penis without surgery or fillers. RestoreX traction device was utilized for 20 minutes, twice daily, and a

I don't understand the pumping routine, is it 1 min break release pressure then 1 min break release pressure then. 5 mins break release pressure then 5 mins and thats the routine once daily?

That’s my understanding of the pumping process. This process differs from the MAXL pumping process which uses a more frequent but much shorter duration. As I recall it’s basically pump for 30 second, deflate and repeat with a duration of 15 to 30 minutes.

I find the 10 hg mentioned by P-long too high.
