You can get an electric pump that lets in air and out without you pumping up and down. How much pressure did they use when pumping?

The VED protocol is different for P-long and MAXL. The details are on their websites.

The Mayo Clinic study for RestoreX did not use a VED or PRP shots.

Thank you all for your input. I am glad that you all are getting good results from a P-Long like protocol. The reason that I did the P-Long study was to study and eventually prove that you can increase the length and Girth and function of a healthy man's penis without surgery or fillers. It's good to see that others, outside the P-Long network, are getting good results with similar technologies.

RestoreX traction device was utilized for 20 minutes, twice daily, and a
Dr Joel Kaplan vacuum Erection device was applied with 5-10 mmHg pressure x 12 minutes (1 min x 2, 5
min x 2). Oral nitric oxide boosting supplementation was with AFFIRM, consisting of 3 gm L-Citrulline and 1
gm beet extract.

This plus PRP every month for 6 months and........The 6-month mean
increase in the size of the Erect penis was 0.85 inches in length.

I don't understand the pumping routine, is it 1 min break release pressure then 1 min break release pressure then. 5 mins break release pressure then 5 mins and thats the routine once daily?

That’s my understanding of the pumping process. This process differs from the MAXL pumping process which uses a more frequent but much shorter duration. As I recall it’s basically pump for 30 second, deflate and repeat with a duration of 15 to 30 minutes.

I find the 10 hg mentioned by P-long too high.

Yeah same thing happened to me. Bruising is normal after PRP, but it's possible you're pumping too hard also. The bruising will go away.

glad I am not the only one

but ya, could be that I am pumping too hard too. Was told to start on day 1, and now I will probably have to wait until something like day 5 or 6 to resume, hopefully doesn't mess with the PRP benefits having to wait

I had no bruising after my PRP shot and I was pumping at the doctor’s office right after the injections.

There should be no bruising after PRP. I use ultrasound guidance and a single injection with a 30 gauge needle.

My guidelines for pumping are to get a full Erection, and then go about 15% more. If there is bruising, you are pumping too intensely.

I have had a few prp shots in 2025 and plan to start the p long protocol next week. The shots are insanely painful . There’s very little bruising but my doc does a total of 5 shots - 2 in each side of the shaft and one in the head . I have a high pain tolerance and I almost considered not doing the protocol bc of how painful these are. The effects of the shots however are noticeable so it’s been worth it. He is registered as a p long provider. Is his technique wrong?

That makes me nervous. I've got a low pain tolerance and would be hesitant to go along with the prp shots if they're that painful. Hopefully the technique is wrong and you can go to a different provider and have the shots be less painful.

What pros are you seeing so far? Increased fullness?

I had no pain with my PRP procedure.

My doctor’s process was (1) numb the area above the penis with a topical solution then (2) apply the shots above the penis to numb the nerves going to the penis then (3) agent a few minutes inject the PRP in 5 locations, two on each side of the penis and one on top of shaft right before the penis head starts.
