TOPIC: PMMA at Avanti Scheduled for late April!

Hi everyone.

I just finished scheduling my first round of PMMA! I'll be getting the utmost package of LinneaSafe at Avanti Derma in Tijuana on April 28th and I'm equal parts excited and nervous.
I wanted to make a post now with my baseline stats and to get some questions answered as well. I've always wanted more volume, and this forum has been absolutely pivotal in me feeling confident enough to get this procedure done.

My baseline Erect measurements are:
Bone Pressed Length: 6.7"
Base Girth: 4.5"
Mid Shaft Girth: 4.3"
Behind Glans Girth: 4.25"

My main concern about getting the procedure stems from my personal anatomy. From the results that I have seen on this board and on providers before and after photos, people who have bigger glans tend to have the best, most natural looking results as the PMMA fills in the shaft to create a cylindrical/even Girth from base to tip. Unfortunately, my glans are not big, in fact it is equal in size or even slightly thinner than my shaft depending on Erection quality. I'll include a Flaccid and Erect photo to this post so you all can see what I mean. What I'd really like to avoid is having a significantly thicker shaft than my tip, which in my opinion looks unnatural and not entirely aesthetically pleasing.

When I expressed this concern to Ian when I was booking the procedure, he recommended that I take a conservative approach and use exclusively 10% Linnea in order to avoid that triangular/conical shape that I'm hoping to avoid. However, he mentioned that using the lower concentration of PMMA would result in likely only a .25" increase in Girth, or potentially a little bit more. While I'm definitely not chasing any specific size, and achieving a natural and aesthetically pleasing result is far more important to me than maximizing size, It would really be a bummer to go through all of the effort and spend all of the money for a very minor increase in Girth. I plan to talk with Dr. M about what she suggest when I get there of course, but in the mean time I'm curious if anyone else has gotten exclusively 10% Linnea and would be willing to share their experience with me? Alternatively I would love to see some examples of people with dicks similar to mine (smaller and shorter head) who got PMMA done, so I can have a better idea of what to expect. Please refer me to any posts/users that you are aware of who have similar starting dicks to me!

As far as aftercare goes, I plan to bring my Zen Hanger noose style all day stretcher to use as much as possible post procedure, an electric kettle and rags so I'm able to use heat to shape and form the filler, donut pillows to drape my Dick in while I am asleep in the Grand Tijuana hotel, and massage as much as possible. I'm going to purchase some Cialis when I get to Mexico so I can get regular erections as well. I also plan on bringing loads of baby wipes for cleaning myself as I don't trust the water for showering post procedure in Mexico. Is there anything that I'm missing as far as aftercare goes? What is the consensus on wrapping/applying pressure with baby socks or urowrap?

Congrats on making the leap. It sounds like you’re prepared. I would think you need to consult with Dr M on your approach procedure wise. I did a mix of 13 at 30 and 8 at 10 percent and love the results. I’m thicker at the base and it tapers out closer to my tip, going from 6.2 to 5.9. I think when Erect it looks pretty natural as far as being consistently smooth, except for a tiny area below the gland which we’ve coined the shelf area. Judging from your pics it looks like you’ve got a nice circ line area so I don’t think you’d have much trouble there if your main concern is looking natural. Again, ask Dr M her thoughts and see what she says. If moneys not an issue and you see yourself going back for multiple rounds, then the super conservative approach Ian suggested sounds like a plan. In TJ they sell Tadalafil, so that should help keep you elongated in conjunction with the grotox they inject you with to prevent retraction (included in the utmost package). For extra hangers, I think it’s good to take your zen Hanger, just know that they’ll provide you a Hanger too with a weighted ball. And on the wrapping, that will be up to you and Ian to decide. Some guys are intent on wanting to use it to help ensure that the shaft is cylindrical. But the doc does great work so it shouldn’t have to be corrected too much as far as placement. Just be careful on how tight you wrap it, as you don’t want to push it all back.

I mean I don't have a particularly large glans, and it's distinctly the possible that in the opinion of others I came out looking like a mutant, but I'm actually quite content.
The transition to me ends of mattering more than anything else. Avanti did mine and she did a great job keeping the attack angle natural looking.
Your proportions would have to be a lot weirder than mine before. I'd be too worried. You can see what I mean in my progress thread

I told them the first round I wanted a bulk focus rather than a balance focus, mainly because my tolerance for minor imperfections is quite high

So they did 15ml of 30% PMMA, and 7ml of 10% PMMA, total of 22ml product injected giving me 5.2mL of microspheres remaining after the carrier dissolved.

I'll reward myself with more if I drop the weight I want to drop, but for now...I'm good

NBPEL 6.7-6.9 depending on EQ
Base - 4.5
Mid shaft - 4.3
Circ area - 4.25

We will have to stay in touch on here to see how each other are doing. I am also worried about having such a thin circ area. My original goal was 6 Inch mid shaft but after researching and seeing others with smaller circ areas but huge shafts - it just doesn’t look as natural as I’m hoping for. Kudos to those guys for the size but my wife really cares about aesthetics as do I. So 6” MSEG doesn’t seem in the cards for me.

I’m going to ask Dr Rupeka if a tapered look might be the best route. As I do believe 5.75-6” base is still very possible. Then maybe aim for 5.5-5.75 mid shaft. Then around a 4.6-4.7ish above the circ scar line that way it’s not a huge difference between the 4.25 circ area and it seems like it would be a solid looking taper. Obviously you can’t just ask for these exact dimensions but atleast it gives the doc an idea and then I will lean on his expertise on if that’s a good direction to go and how to go about it OR maybe he thinks there’s a better way of doing it for my size penis that he’s seen before.

The difference between my circ area and my base is about .25 and ii can barely tell. It honestly just looks even from base to tip so I’m hoping a .25 - .4 Inch increase in Girth from circ area to right above circ area is very natural looking.

I wish I had a bigger head and bigger circ area so I could make that area bigger as more thickness deeper in the vagina hits different for girls. They also love a big base to stretch em at the end of your pump so I’m still excited but ya, it is what it is we gotta work with what we got! Lol

But I’m also eager to see how he attacks this procedure with my goals in mind. I wonder if I’ll do 10-12 or 15 - some guys I’ve talked to said because of my length I should get 20. I would love to get 20 but I’m scared of it not looking natural right off the bat - I’m already committed to doing 2 sessions so I wonder if I start with like 12-15 then go from there. We’ll see what the doc says. He is the pro and he’s done this with probably a hundred guys that are our size so like I said before - I’m just going to lean on his expertise.

Yeah man let's definitely stay in touch. I think leaning on the expertise and experience of our respective doctors and taking a conservative approach is the play here as well. We can always add more filler in future sessions, but can't easily take it away if too much goes in in the first place.

I will definitely let you know how much I get - but I don't think that it will correlate with your options - as we will not be getting the same filler done. I know that in Mexico I'll be getting Linnea PMMA and you'll be getting Bellafill PMMA in Ohio. Since the filler is different I believe that if the same amount were used of each product, our results would be really different. That website looks like a great resource for you to figure out how much to get though!

Just have to do a bit of concentration math to find out how many mL of actual PMMA microspheres you are getting
Bellafill is 0.8ml per syringe, each syringe is 20% concentration. So you're getting 0.16mL microspheres per syringe of Bellafill (1 x 0.8 x 0.2 )
the 30% Linnea comes in 1mL syringes, so for each syringe of the 30% you're getting 0.24mL microspheres
the 10% Linnea comes in 1mL syringes also, each of which contains 0.10mL microspheres

A normal Avanti bulking round is maybe 17 x 30% and 3 x 10%, yielding 5.4mL of PMMA microspheres
What's 5.4 / 0.16? That's your Bellafill equivalent per syringe. 33.75 syringes, rounded to 34 syringes.

TLDR: a 20 syringe (20mL) Avanti treatment with 17x30% and 3x10% yields the PMMA micrsophere volume of 34 syringes (27mL) of Bellafill

Big day tomorrow! Tomorrow morning I will fly to San Diego, shuttle to Tijuana, have my procedure, and begin aftercare. There was no availability at the Grand Tijuana Hotel or any of the surrounding hotels unfortunately, there must be a big convention or football game in town for these dates. Luckily, I was able to book what looks like a nice Airbnb about a half mile down the road from Avanti for the 3 nights that I will stay in Tijuana. I’m feeling nervous, but I know that things will end up looking good so long as I stay on top of my aftercare. I’ve attached some photos with my pre procedure measurements. It’s weird to think that my Dick will never look like this again.

Length: ~ 6.5”

Just wrapped up the procedure and now i'm back at the airbnb chilling for a while before I head back to Avanti in a couple hours for a follow up appointment. Things went smoothly! I was incredibly nervous when I walked into the office - my pulse and blood pressure was higher than I have ever seen it in my life lol. Ian gave me a drug to relax me, thank god, and we got right to it. Dr. Morales and Ian did a great job of making me feel comfortable by answering any questions that I had and just by being lovely in general. The procedure went exactly as described by others on this forum: a bit of sharp pain while they are numbing the area, and then just pressure while the procedure was being done. I should have taken other's advice and brought sunglasses, because the lights in the operating room were super bright.

I was injected with 9mL of 30% PMMA and 11mL of 10% PMMA for 20mL total. If I break that down using the math that Thud provided on this thread, that means that I received ‎ 3.26 mL of PMMA microspheres. That would be roughly equivalent to 20 syringes of Bellafill if you are following along Cheech.

Once I get this bandage removed when I return to Avanti later today, I will start heating, massaging, and stretching every hour, for the next several days. I'll make sure to post some photos when I get the chance to take them. I'm fully expecting the next couple weeks to be an emotional rollercoaster, but I am feeling ready to do my absolute best to ensure a great result! I'll keep you all updated along the way.

When he clears you to start massage/molding, two big things:
-have him help you find the filler. As in, guide you through to feeling it. I struggled feeling filler VS swelling.
-when you go in for a follow-up, show him how you've been massaging, as exactly as possible, so that he can correct you.

ALSO:

-dont forget my suggestion about the gallons of bottled water at Oxxo, and don't hang your dick in the shitter and blast away; the guys getting infections are 99.9999% getting them from the environment/water. 0% chance they're having issues with the clinic or the product. If you'e gotta wash your dick in bottled water for a day or two, worth it. HibiClens is also your friend if you can get it from the pharmacy (clear this with Ian first). Take the antibiotic, too, exactly when he says to. It's just not rational that these dudes are having sex 2 weeks later and getting infections from the sex, they got the infection from the room/bathroom/TJ water. This is the only rational explanation.
-stay extended best you can, and if you're going to wrap, don't go bonkers wrapping at the base (ask Ian to show you - and show HIM how youre doing it, there are pitfalls that are obvious to him that might not be to us)

This procedure is for life. If you really want to explore Tijuana, do it another time. This is time to rehab your dick. You can feed yourself for as long as you're there without walking more than 1/4 mile. Don't be an idiot like me and wear jeans and walk damn near a mile to the Tijuana river because you saw an Italian joint that looked good and my fat ass wants some chicken fettuccini (in fairness, it WAS good pasta)...any way, be ok with being bored to tears in the hotel room with your dick elongated.

Alcohol wipes are your friend, snag some from a pharmacy.

You will briefly be horrified how swollen and massive and bruised your dick is. Then you will be amazed how quickly it goes back to normal.
