TOPIC: Turkey Neck PMMA?

Turkey Neck PMMA? 2 days 11 hours ago #1308720655

Have any of you gotten PMMA with a turkey neck like that? Photos below. It is mild but I wonder whether it impacts injections or results? Do I need to get this surgically removed before?

This is what I'd call a mild turkey neck, so much so that it is probably best to have your chosen PMMA provider to make the recommendation. Don't get me wrong, there is turkey neck here, but if you haven't found it to be problematic in terms of intercourse (i.e. discomfort), it may not require surgical intervention. Again, very discretionary here, especially on the part of your Injector/Clinic.

It has not been problematic in any way at all. That's why it sounds so dumb to have to get it removed. I just want to get PMMA and not worry about it lol

It may sound or seem dumb, and understandably so, but don't forget that PMMA is a dermal filler and therefore your entire shaft's skin is in play. In other words, depending on the extent of the "turkey neck," some men may have to seriously consider surgical alteration of the scrotal webbing. You may not, but it would be imperative that your Injector is a skilled, experienced, and ethical provider -- should you get an augmentation without webbing reduction surgery.

@Dr_Tsay , @Avanti_Derma , @Dr_Shafer , or @Dr_Nanda have any thoughts on this?

See and what’s confusing is that I’ve seen several otehr members, including New1Inch, Newmember, and magic_wand have turkey necks the same as me and they get great results with no complication. This is why I’m confused. Why drop 10K on scrotal webbing when there are clearly doctors such as Avanti that have proven they can work around it ?

And do you mean some men need to get it removed for aesthetic reasons or also health concerns?? Because aesthetically I do not care at all

It's usually when it is excessive or severe turkey neck (scrotal webbing) that ought to get fixed up because those cases often are associated with discomfort or less-than-optimal intercourse (mild or minimal turkey neck may not need surgical intervention if it doesn't cause said-issues).

Again, I would ask the PMMA Injector you choose on their opinion, you can ask them if they are comfortable receiving pictures that you posted here and see what they have to say. I'd recommend PhalloBoards vetted Sponsors to ensure the best possible result(s).

I don't think your specific case is a big deal, but there is not much more anyone here can chime in on that aren't Practitioners themselves; let's hope some of the Doctors I tagged/paged will respond. Good luck.
