TOPIC: Second Round PMMA at AD

Well I’m back in Tijuana for my second round of PMMA with Avanti Derma! I’m hoping for another 1/2” gain like the first round here. I’m starting off with 5” FG and about 5.6” EG. I’ll attach pics from my previous round (before and after). I’m gonna use some advice Texas provided to make sure I end up with a nice result.

Received 19cc of PMMA Linnea yesterday (15cc x 30% and 4cc x 10%). See before and after photos below.

Alias9 got that much on his last visit. But you can get up to 24cc no? You plan on asking them to max out to 24? I remember Alias9 saying he probably should have went for more in his 3rd procedure. The quote from above is from his 2nd procedure and the 3rd one he did was only 80% of that.

I followed Alias9 for a bit until he fell off. He ended up with some great results. I also got 24cc my first round but I just let the doc decide what’s best based on her expertise and what fits comfortably with my particular penis. I would hate to ask her to overdo it and then I end up with healing issues.

I just finished up and due to my skin being too tight she could only fit 17cc of product in there. She recommends pumping after my 6-8wk healing period to help expand the tissue. As always, they are friendly and professional and explain what they are doing as they go. I’m already trying to plan my 3rd trip in fall. For now I’m gonna hang out until my penis massage/check up at 4p.

Avoid Sexual intercourse for 6 weeks? -_-

And just doing the beginner routine similar to the phalback routine. The pump cylinders I got for cheap from AliExpress. Although I waited til 8 weeks after my surgery, pumping up to the 2.5 in cylinder is crazy. If I was that size normally (7in girth), my gf already has problems with the girth I am now and it's just under 6in. I usually use a cylinder just above my girth or the 2.125in diameter tube.

The HA filler in the glands doesn’t last a long time but it’s nice while it’s there. I will continue to do the Utmost Package which includes it.
Im going to upgrade my LA pump tube when I get home and go from the 2” tube up to the 2.25” to start making some room for my next round.

I attempted to have sex at 4 weeks last time and it was pretty uncomfortable for me. I also feel like I may have shifted some filler close to my glands so I’m definitely gonna give it the full 6 weeks this time to make sure things go right.

I waited 2 weeks although I've read just 10 days is all that's needed before having sex?

If that was the case, just massaging it or rolling it would mess with the filler no?

Maybe that depends on the filler type. I’m not sure.

The nice thing is they still got basically a full batch of the 30%. It was the 10% where they couldn't put in as much as they normally do.
You still got 4.7mL of actual PMMA microspheres.
That would take roughly 30 syringes of Bellafill (30*0.8*0.2)
Likewise 3 more mL of 10% would only take that to 5.0mL of microspheres.
I wouldn't even sweat only getting 17 ml

Just dropping a couple pics from Day 2. My entry points took a little longer to close than last time but everything seems okay. I’m looking at 5.5” Flaccid and 6” Erect. Those are the measurements I was hoping to hit AFTER I heal, but what can you do?

Is that Flaccid or are they prescribing Cialis or something to prevent retraction?

What are the red & blue lights used for?

I think a lot of people on here were already above or at 7 Inch which is already way above average. I'm just at 7 but I'd like to put more time into using the vibe hog before I go to Avanti. Are you at 7.5nbel?

They prescribe flowmax to help prevent retraction but I’m already taking a daily Cialis so I don’t take it.
