Completely unsubstantiated. Also doesn't make a whole lot of sense if you factor how
PMMA actually works to generate
Girth. I suppose if you had tons of it in you (we're talking hundreds and hundreds of milliliters all over the body injected deep intramuscularly, instead of the 20-80 mL's you typically find with the penis intradermally), it could conceivably trigger more of a systemic inflammation in some people (this is speculation by the way, I'm presenting a scenarios with excessive silicone oil, which
PMMA ISN'T, and just playing devil's advocate for the sake of "what-if's"), but even then, there are probably 100 things on a list that would outrank it for a plausible cause in one's sperm reduction.
The advent (and sheer abundance) of endocrine disruptors, decreasing air quality, pesticides, broader acceptance of poor lifestyle habits, and pollutants that we've underestimated in terms of their harm, are all being scrutinized for this phenomena. Then of course you have natural causes too like aging and genetics. The idea that a doctor would attribute the presence of a negligible volume of dermal fillers in the shaft skin as grounds for sperm reduction is ludicrous without profoundly strong evidence. Even if by miracle a connection were made between
PMMA and fertility, the aforementioned environmental, external, and natural factors (or a combination of) would still have more weight in terms of being the root cause(s).
I'm not even sure why I'm trying to play devil's advocate or what-ifs, -- point blank there is no sufficient grounds on why there would be a relationship between
PMMA penile enhancement and virility / male fertility, especially in light of the fact that sperm reduction has been an observation across many populations that have virtually no link to
PMMA itself + the fact that the
PMMA is not injected into areas that impede sperm production or quality (
PMMA are non-carcinogenic, bio-compatible inert microspheres encapsulated into place by your own body's collagen in the layers of your shaft skin, far from the sperm factories).
Totally understand the concern when reading one comment, you have good reason to ask questions, but rest assure that you'd want to do a separate research on the topic of sperm reduction in general, you may find yourself changing lifestyle & consumption habits well before putting off
Girth enhancement. If you should decide to opt against
PMMA (or penis enlargement in general), do so based on your comfort level and your goals -- not based on one unsubstantiated claim in a pool of a 100k comments found online regarding penile fillers injections Good luck.
