Dr Elist pneuma implant surgery absolutely ruined my life. He has a very slick marketing department, what they don't tell you is that upon insertion, you will lose approx 1" in length. I had to have mine taken out due to infection, the removal of this silicone device I lost another 2" in length for a total loss of 3". This man, Dr Elist, has no conscious, he has butchered many, many men and has robbed us of any and all opportunities to find a companion, settle down, and have a life together. I had my surgery 4 years ago, when I arrived at his office I had approx 5.5" in length, after the insertion of the pneuma device and removal I now have a 2" penis. I believe the term his salesman and office used for this loss length as "shrinkage". I now live alone in a state of isolation, I can't even imagine trying to find a companion after what I let this man do to me. I'm absolutely amazed that this man can carry on after all the lives he has destroyed. The damage he did to me is not treatable, my heart goes out to the rest of you who are also suffering in silence....

I'm truly sorry to hear about your ordeal, something that has been a common thread in his reviews spanning 15+ years on every iteration of the PhalloBoards, including PhalloBoards 2.0 and PhalloBoards 1.0 -- may I ask if you have reached out to California's Board of Medicine and/or Legal Counsel?

Have you considered posting on the Penuma subreddit? Elist's marketing team is quite good, in fact the PhalloBoards (possessing the most authentic first-hand accounts of this procedure for many years) used to be among the first search results before we got buried somehow. The (California) Board of Medicine turns a blind eye time and time again, and the absence of justice for being sold a lemon (of a procedure) is a stain on modern Cosmetic Medicine and its regulators.

I totally get if you are reluctant to share photos for any number of reasons, but I implore you to consider this in order to prevent others from making the same mistake.

I should also note that perhaps there could be some means to recover your length through surgery & traction therapy, and I don't believe your life is condemned to isolation. This Community is here for you.

Just wanted to quote another board I think although a lot of the posts were purged from GB reddit. That user complained of loss of feeling and a loss of 1.5 inches after the pneuma procedure. Supposedly they gained it back using Phalback's method. I believe Phalback is now marketing it as a device to treat erectile disfunction but a lot of users are now replicating the method with DIY pumps and vibration motors. www.phalback.com/

Well, I wanted to come clean on why the girth measurements are so off. I feel this is a safe space, but I am so embarrassed about what I've done to myself that it's hard to admit. About 2 and a half years ago, I decided to undergo the Penuma procedure, which is now called Himplant. It wasn't a complete fiasco, but I certainly wouldn't do it again, especially now that I've learned so much from you guys.

My Urologist was Dr. Kansas in Austin, and he is a great guy and a great Doctor. And while he was selling the thing, he also was very kind and helpful afterwards for no extra charge when there were some complications.

In short (no pun intended, but Lord it's true), I went from a rather normal dick of about 5.5" bone press erect, to 4" erect bone press. Even though I had read all about this stuff and the possibility of slight loss of length, I never thought I'd lose an inch and a half.

The after pics are three weeks after the surgery. There was also loss of feeling in the dick and for about a year it would take me about an hour to cum if I could at all.

It was actually Dr. Kansas that introduced me to extending and how I found "Getting Bigger" and the rest of this community.

Anyway, thanks for hearing this out. It's been two years of shame on my part and I'm glad I could share here.

Oh yes, the above pics with the poor man’s PB method shows that I’m very close to 6 bone press erect, this group has been a Godsend.

Dr. Kansas is actually the doctor who is doing the Nodule/filler Removal next week for me. He's a great guy/doc and very compassionate. When I wasn't sure if UHC would cover it, he said not to worry, "well figure something out" even though he didn't do the filler in the first place. I met with him yesterday to get more comfortable with the surgery and he did a great job answering my questions and reassuring me what he thinks it will look like, etc. I'll keep you posted.

I feel the same about Dr. David Dellinger in Austin. He did the 3 filler procedures. The first 2 did ok with minimal issues and Kenalog resolved those. However, the last procedure is part of a trial he is doing using PMMA, CMC and AA. I have 30 plus nodules now and all year he had been saying massage them and they'll get better and if they don't, we'll inject them. I couldn't take it anymore, it was getting worse, it has been like masturbating a bag of skittles and they are not only noticeable to touch but now visible. So, I went to get the Kenalog and suddenly he says that Kenalog won't help reduce PMMA and so I have to have surgery next week to remove it all. So all my gains, gone. plus $12K gone. and I'll be out of work for 2 weeks recovering from the surgery so I'm losing about $30 K to do fillers and have them removed. SO angry and depressed, no confidence, effecting my mental health and physical health not to mention I have no intention of attempting contact with another person any time soon since I can't stand the thought of yet another rejection because of how it looks and feels. Devastated is the word that comes to mind.
I've filed a state medical board complaint and in the process of finding an attorney. He can't keep doing this to people. To tell me one thing all year and then it not be true is unconscionable.

I dunno, me personally mass is mass. If the nodules aren't causing you any pain I would probably just go for more filler to smooth it out.

I personally would not try to remove that many nodules and risk something like what the OP has where he lost more size than he started with.

There are plenty of posts on here where people were chasing 7 Inch Girth- and got more filler procedures to eventually smooth things out. One guy got to 7 Inch Girth in 3 procedures.

Maybe check out Advanti Derma and ask if it would be possible*

I started with 5" around and got to 7" around after the 3rd procedure. I don't want to add more Girth. If I wear a Cock ring, it's 8" around. The nodules are gross. I've been rejected by partners because some are so pronounced that they are visible and about the size of a marble. Pretty awful.

What kind of filler did the first two procedures use? Was it bellafill or Linneasafe? Was the last procedure free because it was part of a test trial? Did anyone else try that new filler or did everyone sign NDAs?

I saw the pictures you posted- thanks for sharing. I didn't realize you already reached 7 inch girth. But question- If you used a pump with like a 2.5 or 2.75 cylinder would that hide all the nodules? I have one nodule, but I was going to wait until 2 months to start back with that phalback routine of pumping.

www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806036900232.html ?

2.5" is the biggest that store has but I've always been curious if using a pump would even out the section towards the top that has no filler or if the edema would hide any imperfections. Usually there is minimal edema if you're using a cylinder only slightly bigger than your current girth.

The stuff Dr. Dellinger was using was PMMA and CMC. Combined. There were 20 of us. I personally know one other in the study and he had similar issues but all of his settled at the base of his penis. I believe he was told the same thing that if he didn’t massage out, then he would use the Kenalog.

WOW,

First time on the site, Phillyguy, I am so sorry to hear what that animal did to you. It is my exact experience, installed by Elist, taken out due to infection, losing 2.5". I was a healthy 5.5" before being butchered by this man, now I'm under 3". Elist, and none of his staff explained, which I'm crystal clear they were all very aware of, the possibility of such a radical loss of length. They called it "shrinkage". If they would have informed me of this risk, I would have run for the hills. Elist sold me on a 99% success rate, and how it will change my life. I did research Elist and this procedure on the internet at that time, and I really couldn't find anything but a few positive reviews, no forums, no good exchange of information, nothing. I would call them every 60-90 days and ask them if this loss was permanent. They insisted "no, it's not permanent, it will all be regained over time, just be patient". I was in shock, the fact that this man could lure unexpecting men in, gain their trust, and perform such a flawed medical procedure on them, he fits the term Psychopath to a "T". When I finally came to terms with what I let this man do to me, I cried so, so hard, I was actually crying so hard, so deeply, and in such pain and horror I was actually wincing. How could a human being in his right mind do this to another man. and yes Phillyguy, he ruined my life, I will never have the opportunity to fall in love again, start a new life, and share one of life's greatest gifts, the gift and beauty of being in love again. I to have adapted an isolated life style, I have developed severe treatment resistant depression. Before being a victim of Elist, I was such a happy, care free, supportive, loving guy. I was in great physical shape, weight trained all my life, was voted Most Funny in my High School Yearbook, very successful professionally, but the brutality of untreatable Major Depressive Disorder as a direct result of the life altering procedure, I have lost all of that. Due to the depression that set in after I realized what my life had now become, I was unable to continue as CEO of my company, I had it all, now, psychologically damaged beyond Repair, I am now legally disabled and live on SSDI. The anger, rage, and hatred I have towards Elist is unmeasurable. I am an honest, law abiding citizen, but, damn, do I romance the thoughts of delivering my personal form of justice to this creep of a human being. Sorry guys, honest and transparent. I know there are many, many more men out there living the same experience that I am. I recently saw a video Elist did, and the interviewer told him that there has been a large number of complaints and completely failed surgical events at the hands of Elist over the years, his response "well, you have to break a few eggs before you can improve on something, this has been true throughout the ages". He literally was saying, he knew the high and evident risk of these procedures, but it was all in the name of trying to work the kinks out of the procedure. Nice guy, absolutely Psychopathic personality traits. I'd like to continue and really dig in on me personally being blessed with the opportunity to deliver justice to Elist, but I'll be cool and sign off here...
