5mg tadalafil final measurements 41d after procedure were (inches: neck, mid shaft, base): 5.875, 6.125, 5.75

I went in for a touchup to correct nodules, the buildup at the neck, and the uneven base.

~1w out, Nodule Removal looks good.
The buildup at the neck was treated with a Kenalog injection which Dra Morales mentioned would take increasing effect over the course of the month. There's a significant difference already in hardness/size 1w in so I'm hopeful. In the worst case we may have to do an incision but if this keeps up it should be fine.
Uneven base was treated with a small amount of Linnea.

You're certifiably thick, seems like Revision work was done -- take your success and take your gut instinct that there is a time when this should all be over (i.e. no more future appointments unless absolutely necessary) -- ride it out into the sunset.

is your base at 6" now with the touch up?

I haven’t measured very strictly post touch up - but yes it’s at 6 currently. I’ll update in around 3 weeks once things stabilize.

Visually it looks more even which is my main concern

Also the Kenalog seems to still be working its magic slowly. The mass is getting softer and smaller. I may not even need another touch up at this point because to me it looks within “normal”.

I'd love to hear your progress with the Kenalog shot. I have an area I need touched up and am planning on finally making my way to do it.

The mass is a lot smaller and softer post Kenalog. I may go in for another treatment but at this point I think I’m fine with the look and feel. I would say it’s around a 30% reduction in size from what it previously was, and an even greater reduction in firmness
