I am 14 days out from round 2 of PMMA with Dr. Morales and Ian over at Avanti Derma. For the last 5-6 months, I have been further dialing in my health. Since my Round 1 about 5 months ago, I have lost 27 pounds of body fat and put on 19 pounds of muscle per DEXA scans. Apart of that aim was to further reduce my fat pad before Round 2. It has been successful as far as that goal has gone.
As a carryover from my Round 1 thread; just a little background.
I am 42, been married for 13 years, have three younger kids, and work as a product manager in the software world.
I have three physical long term goals:
- Obtain and maintain 10-12% Body Fat throughout my 40s
- Enhance my penis to 9" x 6.5"
- Enter a bodybuilding competition in 2027
Starting on January 10th of 2023, I embarked on a new journey of eating a new way called zerocarb, aka strict carnivore diet. Since then I have not eaten any plants and have dropped from 365 pounds to 245 pounds with a goal to get to 200 pounds (15% BF) by late spring of 2025 before having loose skin surgery; my health has skyrocketed across multiple dimensions.
I am planning on 3 rounds of PMMA with Avanti Derma. This second round on 12.2.24 and then a 3rd and likely final round late 2025 after I have a lower body lift from excess skin.
My Round 1 I received 11cc’s of 30% and 13cc’s of 10% for a total of 24cc’s of Linnea. It was a little disappointing getting more 10% than 30%, which resulted in a lower than I hoped for .6" in average girth. Overall happy with the results, but had hoped for a little more. This next round I intend to be more vocal about the girth focus towards 30%. Really hoping for a minimum of .75" average girth on this round.
In preparation, I have been vac extending and pumping most days of the week for the last couple of months to really help on the elasticity to help take more PMMA. My BPSFL has increased to 8.5" as of late, up a quarter inch from the last couple of months.
Here are my stats going into Round 2:
EL: 7.6"
MEG: 5.6"
BEG: 5.8"
FL: 5"
FG: 4.3"
BPSFL: 8.5"
I workout 2 hours every day without exception, ever. Sick or not, doesn't matter. I lift 5 days a week using the Hypertrophy App by Dr. Mike Isratel as goofy as that dude is. The other two days a week are a 6 mile run. Peppered through the lift days are an extra 30-45 minute Peloton ride.
I also have been doing PE off and on for over 20 years. Roughly gained an inch and a half in length and about one tenth of an inch in girth. Currently doing vac extending and Angion method. This will obviously be pausing for the next couple months.
For post-op care, I will be following Ian's instructions closely. I will also be introducing BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-cu, and 5mg-10mg Anavar to this post-care routine. I eat 2-3 pounds of beef a day, so think I am good to go on the collagen intake side of things.
I will be staying at the Grand Hotel in Tijuana for a few nights, more than I did for Round 1.
