I had my first round of PMMA on Wednesday at Avanti Derma.

I’ve always been happy with my Cock. It was above average and my partners always seemed excited and pleased with what I had.

Dr Morales and Ian were amazing as everyone has said many times on here. Ian went above and beyond to help me through the process.

To be honest the procedure was stressful for me. Thank god I took the anti anxiety med beforehand. I’m not good with needles and my body goes into shock a little bit getting pale, sweaty, and nauseous. After numbing injections you can’t feel anything but it was still challenging for me. Again Ian and the Dr were very comforting and quick.

Below I’m going to post some pics first two are before and directly after Flacid shots.

Today is already day 4 and aftercare has been a roller coaster. It’s definitely challenging to feel like I’m doing everything right. Ian of course has helped a ton.

Some issues along the way-
The product really migrates towards the head and I have a hard time getting it to stay in the base. Also my circ scar is really full especially under my head. I can’t tell if it’s filler or just swelling. My Cock is pretty huge especially hard. And again I can’t tell how much of it is swelling. Im massaging religiously. I’m posting additional pics to show what I mean.

I’m feeling some stress about aesthetics but I said Girth over aesthetics so it was my choice. I’m trusting the process and sticking to after care. We will see how it lands. When I showed my partner he LOVED it. Even after he originally thought it was a silly thing to do. So that makes me feel a bit better about the process.

One more variable which I don’t see much talk on these boards is I had Peyronie’s disease in 2018. It was a genetic form. After freaking out and seeing urologists that asked me over and over how I injured myself I finally found out my dad had it too, and his cousin. We all got it at the same age in the same place (top of shaft a quarter down from head)
So obviously this is something that spontaneously happens like a gene gets turned on or something. I was able to heal it with Pentox, stretching, and a strong form of energy healing I do. The curve is completely gone. But it was 18 months of distress.

Obviously having a procedure like this there is an added risk with this history. I want to share it for anyone else out there that had or has Peyronie’s and is thinking about the procedure. I will keep everyone posted as to the outcome.

Below are attached some pics of where I am now (day 4). Plus one Erect pic before procedure- and one is Erect after procedure. The third pic is flacid showing the small concerns I have with swelling or filler? Around circ scar especially bottom of the head.

After my visit to Rupeka, I had the same swelling there. It’s not the product, it’s fluid from your body. It produces that dour to the trauma from the procedure. Took a couple weeks for my swelling there to really fade. There are a lot of posts on this board with people having the same issue. Your looking good and just need time to heal up.

That’s reassuring to hear. This morning (day 5) the swelling under the head is still there but everything else is looking pretty uniform and the other swelling of the shaft I think is subsiding. Feeling pretty good about the way it’s going and looking today.

I’m SUPER happy today with the results. I hope it holds steady but I know things can change a lot in 6 weeks.
I’ve attached both Flaccid and Erect pics to go with the written stats.

Also side note- I see hot wet rags as part of the aftercare are popular on here. I was told by Ian that wet rags can open the pours on the penis and can promote infection in the early weeks. I’m using a therapearl sports pack in the microwave in stead.

Yeah, echoing @SharkD comment, it's fluid build up. Should go away after a week or so. Hopefully you don't see much of an issue with the "shelf area", which is what many of us call it where the filler migrates below the circ line, leaving a "noticeable" gap between filler/non-filler area. I wouldn't worry about it, however, it's looking pretty uniform. How does it look flaccid?

Besides that, it's looking mighty hefty!

where'd you get the TRT done? My sex life is also kind of heading downwards, in terms of EQ and maintaining an erection at 90%.

@odouble yeah I’ve been massaging a LOT to not get a shelf. It is a bit lean at the base but it’s not something that looks too noticeable for me to worry. But I’m still massaging the filler down towards the base.

I get my TRT at a place in southern CA called the Man Clinic. They have a couple locations. It was a life changer. Before TRT I had zero morning wood and my interest in sex was ridiculously low. I’ve had a complete 180 where I get strong morning wood and have an above average sex drive now. Plus it really helped my mood and general inspiration for life. It also gave me more drive and inspiration to go to the gym. And it takes less effort to actually GET results at the gym once I’m there. I highly recommend it if your testosterone is taking a hit.

Wow, never heard of it, but it seems like a good option! I'm taking supplements (pills) to help with exercise and mental well-being from Double Wood, based on advice from Huberman Lab. Three Week Update
(And a few days change)

What a roller coaster. Lots of changes with my Dick over the weeks and each time it changes I’m worried something has gone wrong. Everything seems ok though.

For a while it got huge. This was after the swelling disappeared. I was at 6 Girth Flaccid and 7 Inch Girth Erect. Although it was cool to see it that big it was definitely more than I wanted. I don’t have enough length for it to look natural. I also realized that a little goes a long way. It lasted for a good week and a half but finally went down. I’m actually glad it did.

But after it went down my Dick looked a bit discolored and felt strange and numb. That also got me worried. But then that eventually passed as well.

Right now I’m happy with where it’s at. There is variation that you can see from my measurements. It has a low spot (a band) at the lower mid shaft. I think the skin is tighter there. As much as I tried to massage product there, it just wouldn’t stay. It either went into the base or upper shaft. But I don’t mind the variance. It’s actually good for sex, having a tool with slight variation to give different sensations to my partner. And aesthetically it looks like it’s natural.
I know this can be corrected in a future round but right now I’m pleased with it.

I did get a sizable cliff at the circ scar. But the product pushes my circ scar down to my glans, even while Erect, so you don’t really notice it. But I have been having some pain in that area where the cliff is. Been massaging it and I think the pain is slowly going away. I think the cliff causes a lot of pulling on the tissue when I get hard and that’s what’s causing the pain.

I definitely turtle too, if I’m not heating it with a pad. But I’ve always had a lot of retraction. I even had the Botox to the Balls and penis but still get a bit of Turtling most of the time Flaccid without the weight ball. I’m concerned it will be worse once the Botox wears off. Does anyone know if stretchers help with retraction? Like the Penimaster Pro?

I have that same thing going on around my circ scar and it’s definitely getting better each day. I’m just over 6 weeks out now and it’s almost completely gone. Only place it’s still a little sore at now is the clump I’ve got on the right side of my circ scar but I can tell that’s slowly getting better as well.

I’m really looking forward to round two but I’m still looking for more Girth. I really liked iit when it was swelled up to its max a little over a week after the procedure.
