TOPIC: My progress with Dr Rupeka

Good Afternoon Gentlemen!

I started my PMMA journey with Dr Rupeka in January 2023.
I have completed 4 rounds with him totaling 100 syringes. Before I was pretty much totally retracted when Flaccid. I did lose weight which helped with retraction as well.

The first pic is a collage of pre PMMA:: second pic in the collage is after the first round and the third pic in the collage is after the second round.

The next two pics are after my third round.

The last pic is after my fourth round.

I highly recommend Dr Rupeka, he has taken excellent care of me and worked wonders with my manhood. Can’t say enough good things about the man!!

What a great result. That’s a ton of PMMA. Any issues? What was starting vs ending stats?

My beginning stats were 5in length Erect x 4in Girth Erect.

Now I am 6.5 in length Erect x 8+ Girth (wider at the base and narrower at the tip)…

I also hang A LOT! Which has helped gain length in addition to my PMMA.

Nice. I’m 7.5x7. I’ve had 16 cc of HA in 2016, 12 Bellafill in 2018. 5 cc of HA PhalloFILL 4 weeks ago.

Would love to get to 7.5x7.5.

Might be a silly question, but how could you gain that much in length? Is it from the weight loss? I was given to understand that PMMA injections couldn't really help there.

The weight loss did help a little, but not that much to be honest. I used to be 150lb before gaining weight and still had the same issue. What has helped me the most is - I hang with a vac Hanger everyday. IMO - the PMMA does help with Flaccid length for sure. Coupling the PMMA and vac Hanging with a routine that I have concocted by trial and error has done well for me.

What vac Hanger do you use? How long do you typically use it?

Now that I'm at my Girth range I wouldn't say no to some more length... Lol.

Your results are fantastic. Probably one of the most substantive before and afters I've seen. How much are you wanting to get in April or what's the goal?

Great results! Any issues with lumps, nodules, or granulomas? Does it feel natural when Flaccid?
