TOPIC: Silicone Sleeve Advice

Welp bit the bullet and got a 6 unit mixture of HA & Radiesse yesterday afternoon. Was issued a silicone sleeve and bell extender with a leg strap. Been battling retraction since the procedure. Have been on 5mg Cialis daily since Monday. The main issue is every 4-6 hour I find the glans has slid down approximately half way into the sleeve, with the bell it occurs faster due to sweat that builds up in the bell. I put a text into the Afterhours line but just thought I would reach out to the Forum as well.

The most success I’ve had with the sleeve is doubling up the last 1/4” at the glans without the bell and periodically stretching the glans out when it wants to start tucking into the sleeve. I went and purchased Walgreens brand coban and bandage wrap as a backup. Wiping everything down with alcohol swabs drying off and reapplying the sleeve is definitely a concern having to repeat this every 4-6 hours.

Any advice or suggestions?

For the silicone sleeve and the sweating issue. If you have a paper hole puncher or even a exacto knife. You could open 3mm holes a quarter of an Inch apart straight down the middle, the bottom, and each side. Try not to do it to close so it doesn't rip when stretching to put it on.

I'm not a doctor so check with your doctor first. See if you can use Nitric Oxide pills and Iron pills. I know when I use those with Cialis it helps my Flaccid hang lower and fuller. Maybe even try upping the dosage of Cialis from 5mg to 10mg just for today. To give yourself a boost. Then go back to the 5mg per day after.
