TOPIC: 10 Syringes Volux + Voluma w/ Dr. Sullivan - My Experience + Results

Hey folks, hope you are all well. Long time lurker here who took the plunge on HA fillers for Girth enhancement. Before you ask, I am yet to decide on sharing pictures. Yes, I know, “who would know that’s your penis?” Well, I’m quite private and would still prefer not to at this juncture. What I care about most is feeling I can give something back to this forum in a helpful way, the same way people did before me. Without burying the lead: My experience with Dr Sullivan was exceptional.

He’s a consummate professional. I found him efficient, caring and most importantly - extremely capable. If you are in the area and/or willing to travel to Miami/Fort Lauderdale and are considering this - just go see him. You’ll be happy you did. I was really quite nervous about this. It is after all, a sensitive area. For me, knowing I’m in capable hands (literally) was the most important consideration. Who the hell wants to have a single doubt on quality/cleanliness/etc. when it comes to something like this? Well, I can tell you that you won’t be given much room to doubt your decision. The office, staff and of course the Doctor himself were all extremely accommodating. He answered my questions and discussed my general areas of concern. No pushiness, no unprofessionalism. We agreed a half and half mix of Volux and Voluma (10 total) was best based on my goals.

The “Procedure”

Gee wiz, it was easy. It seriously hard to even write extensively about because it was so easy/quick. There’s a little pinch with the needle to numb the area. It’s nothing. Once I was ready, I would say it was maybe 5-7 minutes start to finish, if that. The filler injections have a minor pinch as well, but again, I found it to be pain/discomfort free. The only discomfort was caused by my own internal monologue… which was, “oh boy, I’m getting a needle stuck in my Cock” on repeat. lol. Sure enough, Dr. Sullivan and I were literally talking about other things during the filler being injected and I quickly became more relaxed. Those thoughts dissipated pretty quickly. Again, that’s what a professional does.

The Results

My penis is girthier and therefore, it’s objectively bigger. Close to an Inch improvement in Girth. My Flaccid state is markedly improved in look, feel and how I fill out my undies. The increase in volume has improved the hang length as well. I have some extra pounds I can lose at the moment too, so there’s nothing but upside. My Erect state is even better. Post-Care

It’s been about a week. I had no bruising, minimal discomfort beyond some minor pain when I became Erect during sleep. Otherwise, my penis looks normal… just girthier! Which let me tell ya my dudes, is a wonderful thing. More on that below and the psychological/well-being side of things. I was given some antibiotics, some special soap and dermal cream. I followed protocol and have not had any sex. Largely the filler has settled where I would like it, with some minor clumping in one area + 2 small areas that might need a top up to even out the filler. I will wait another few days before I make that call though/reach back out to Dr. Sullivan. Everyone reacts different, so don’t expect the absolute 100% perfect results. You are altering the volume/appearance of your penis- the thing you look at/touch all the time. So, you will of course notice a big difference and perhaps some imperfections. Don’t panic. I’ve read some posts and guys freaking the f out after because there’s filler clumping or areas that ‘don’t look or feel right’ … just be patient, keep your shit clean, do some minor massaging, don’t have sex immediately, and don’t start furiously masturbating 5x daily. Follow the Doctor’s directions. Of course, if there’s extreme pain or obvious infection, then reach back out to the doctor/seek medical care. From my research and now experience: HA is very safe.

Psychological Upside/General Well-being

The God’s honest truth is I wish I didn’t have to do this. I wish I wasn’t so preoccupied with the size of my penis. But, I have been since becoming sexually active in my teenage years. I’m middle-aged now and relatively healthy. Got a good job, am relatively good looking and can date women without much worry. But for all these years, my size has bothered me. I hope many of you can relate to this - having the nagging feeling that you just aren’t all that you could be. You literally feel your size, always. In social settings, athletics, changing rooms, public bathrooms, intimate moments… no matter what, you just always have a feeling you could be more. Well, what a wonderful modern world it is. It’s safe and effective. Please go to one of the accredited doctors listed on this site. Do not seek cheap alternatives or magic pills. You will only end up regretting it. I would encourage you also to question if you really need enhancement. Ask yourself why you really want it. For me, it’s really not about having a big swinging D so I can peacock around and get more chicks. I just want to dismiss the self-doubt. And I can tell you, it will absolutely help with that. I encourage you to still treat your body/mind right. Try not to gain a ton of weight. If you are overweight, really try to trim down. Try to seek out healthy activities and consider therapy if you are really struggling spiritually/mentally.

If you’re only seeking out size-queens… well, just know those folks might not be the best for your self-esteem. I know there’s some guys here who want to get a real hammer and utilize it for as much casual sex as they can get. I do not judge that decision. That’s not for me. I’m no saint either.

I think what’s most important is to really recognize what you want. And to come to that conclusion decisively after thinking it through. I’m at a pretty good stage in my life where I know what I want. I knew this was something I wanted. So I got it. And, like nearly all the posts here will reinforce - there’s little to no regret on the decision if you do things correctly.

I've been thinking about going to Dr. Sullivan as well. I originally wanted the same 10 mix of HA you received. But I have a fear of it absorbing in a few months an wasting thousands of dollars.
I saw him speaking highly about a filler called HarmonyCA that will be available in 2025. Its also hybrid thats HA but still builds collagen. Supposed to last 3+ years.
