TOPIC: Second Round of PMMA

I removed it before to make sure it wouldn’t be in the way. I was actually allowed to put it back in after. His only concern after was my jewelry being in the way and preventing me from wearing the Hanger.

Also a good choice. Just make sure the Balls are big enough that the ring doesn't get jammed into your urethra. It's not the end of the world but it's a little unpleasant mid-coitus.

Looks like I have a new indentation that’s appeared on the right side just below the first one. It just popped up overnight, it seems. I’m still having a scoop or two of a collagen peptide powder everyday to try and “help”. Not sure if it’s working but at least i feel like it couldn’t hurt. A massage in the shower once or twice a day to help stimulate collagen production may or may not be helping. I’ve regained a bit more vascularity (looking at it from different angles).
My results have been pretty good but the disadvantage of having huge thighs and huge hands makes it hard to gauge from my perspective. My partner and playmates all say they can tell a big difference but I’m not gonna be happy until I hit my first major goal of 6”. I have my next appointment scheduled and paid for with Avanti Derma for February. Now I just need to book my hotel and flights.

Results looking absolutely fantastic. I think the indentations are hardly noticeable.

I’m at 11 weeks out and decided to drop a couple comparison pics for before and after. I’ve gained about a half once overall so I’m pretty okay with that! I’m currently scheduled for 2/11 at Avanti Derma for my next round.

Are you going straight to Tijuana or going to California, then using the shuttle they provide? Which is better?

Also- Alias9 was at 6.9 in Girth by the 3rd procedure. This will be the 3rd for you as well. If you look at Alias9's post he showed how many syringes he got of 10% & 30%. Did they say about .5 in Girth for each procedure? Could you opt for more or does that risk more nodules? Also the HA filler in the corona- did you notice a difference in size or is it all gone now?

Did they tell you how much you would be getting?

I’ll fly into San Diego again and shuttle into TJ. So this is my 3rd round of filler but only my 2nd round at AD. My first round was done here in Florida and due to no aftercare instructions, didn’t produce much in the gains department.

My first round at AD, I was able to take the full 24cc. I’m told they use their better judgement to determine how much product to inject with the Utmost Package (up to 24cc). I haven’t inquired about adding more per session. I figure they are the professionals and I don’t want my vanity to get me into trouble. The HA in the head is already gone. It didn’t seem to last very long but it looked nice while I had it.

Question for those who have had PMMA -

I had 2 rounds of HA with Dr. Carney, with excellent results. When Erect, it is everything i hoped for. If these is an issue, it's on me as I am a strong retractor. PMMA has helped some, but when flacid, there is kind of a "turtle" look where the glans retracts into the thicker shaft under the circ scar.

The next round would be PMMA. For those who have had PMMA -- does it turn a Grower into a shower (which would solve my issue)? Or is it the same result as HA, in that there is still going to be retraction after the procedure and collagen growth?

I’ve had 2 round of PMMA and will be having a 3rd round done at the end of 2025. I was a strong retractor as well. I still have some retraction issues after these two rounds where things bunch up more than I wish they would, but most of the issue has to do with body fat. I have lost 140 pounds and have to have skin surgery / lower body lift. This will substantially tighten and reduce the fat pad and add about an Inch of Flaccid length and improve retraction noticeably.

What’s your fat pad and body fat situation like? Doubt it’s like mine was/is, but that’s an area of possibility perhaps for you?

To answer your question, it will improve it some with PMMA, yes.

I weigh 175# with an approx. 18% BF%, which has been pretty consistent since college about 30 years ago. Not sure whether connected, but I get cold hands and feet, so likely it's related to a circulation thing where the body is trying to keep everything warm. Weird fact: on hot summer days, or for 1-2 days after taking Sildenafil, I "show." But for the rest of the year, I need to grow. Was hopeful that maybe PMMA / collagen would cause a "hardening" that would mimic the semi-Erect state of a hot day or 1-2 days after a pill...

I am likely to still get the PMMA, even if the result is about the same as the HA, since this is such a good result when fully Erect; I'd hate to go back to the "skinny" days.

I've read many mixed reports -- that after several rounds of PMMA, the penis is in a kind of full / semi-Erect state when flacid; others saying it is still soft and more limp/floppy feeling when flacid. If you don't mind, what has been your experience (when flacid)? Thanks again

No issues of being semi-Erect in my default Flaccid state. It’s noticeably larger when Flaccid, about two inches or so longer when Flaccid depending on the day. It’s soft and floppy. Before it was just 3 inches Flaccid, now it’s a tinge over 5” Flaccid. I bet after my third round and skin surgery I will easily be over 6” Flaccid.
