(1) The Practitioner should provide you post-op instructions but conventionally speaking, guy usually keep their unit wrapped and/or massage their unit to keep the product evenly distributed. Also, it's important you have a sed injector because that also plays a critical role in the results, short & long term.

(2) If you mean lifting weights in terms of strength training at the gym? Sure absolutely, although wait out any number of days as directed by your practitioner. If by weights, you mean Hanging them off your Dick like some guys Dick do, I'd wait at least 6 weeks+ (in conjunction with Doctor orders).
-Side note*- Avoid tanning beds. I've read the UV can degrade Hyaluronic Acid (HA) much quicker, and even had one patient report as much. Can't say it for certain, but anecdotal evidence says you should avoid those.

(3) They are sort of common, varying in degrees of both size and number. This is why second rounds are almost inevitable and why some Clinics prefer going very conservative on the first rounds to reduce/eliminate the likelihood of nodules. It also depends on how adequate your post-op protocol is and how well you stick to it.

The good news is that they are mostly aesthetic nuisances and can be corrected, bad news is that for some guys, they are simply prone to it since every skin seems to take filler better than others. That said, you can reduce or eliminate the risks with the aforementioned advice.
-Side note*- if you are uncircumcised, this may put you at increased risk of aesthetic irregularity.

Mind sharing the Doctor/Injector's name?

I will definitely will give the docs name and clinic if she does a good job friday! And your right on being conservative....she only wants to start with 5cc....I mean I'm not big 5x4.5 but I'm worried if I'll notice a difference at all with that amount

Small amounts aren't a bad thing and some Clinics employ this (especially on a 1st round) to both minimize aesthetic irregularities (nodules and lumps) as well as spot any problem areas that would otherwise have been a greater challenge to correct had more filler been used.

In addition to my last response, it should be noted that these procedures are a journey, and often times require at minimum an (inevitable) 2nd appointment (no matter how good the practitioner is). Think of it as brick-laying, with the first round being foundational. Some guys have seen upwards of 3 to 4+ rounds throughout their journeys.

As far as lifting - stick with upper body.
You'll turtle like a MFer doing lower body even if you dont normally have a retraction problem.
And ever notice how when you put your legs together you retract? same deal.

If you're really struggling not doing legs, throw on a weighted vest or a heavy ruck and walk, but squats and dead lifts need to be off the table until your shit is set.
The less you retract the better. I have nothing else to add to what's already been said.
