I started my PE journey on 5-28- 24 when I got my first round of PMMA. I was super stoked about the entire procedure. I opted to start with 18 syringes of Bellafill because after perusing through this forum I assumed it would give me a good 1/2” to 3/4” in Girth to get me started. What I hadn’t taken into account was my length, unfortunately. I’m about 5 weeks out and the only real noticeable difference is my Flaccid Girth. Overall I MAY have gained 1/8” to 1/4” (generously) in overall Girth. I’m kind of bummed about the whole thing and I’m hoping my second round later this year will give me more of a noticeable difference. Has anyone else had a less than spectacular first round?

How long are you? I started at 7.5 BPEL and was kind of disappointed I got 1/4 of an Inch with 15ml of Bellafill the first time around and the same for the second (I had higher hopes, but the post swelling is decpetive), but it's definitely bigger than when I started. I'll probably be doing a round 3 in a couple more months.

I’m between 7.5 and 8 depending on the day. The one good thing is less retraction. I’m loving that part! When I got home and took off the wrap, I dunno why I thought that might be my new Flaccid size. It got my hopes up. HA HA. I read someone on here said don’t measure until about week 6 but I don’t see it changing too much from now (week 5) to then.
I had PRP done around 2 weeks after the filler to help with the healing and help to speed up recovery. Next round I think I’m going to do 24 syringes and use some of the aftercare advise I’ve seen on here. Maybe that will yield better results.

Something to keep in mind is that 18 syringes of Bellafill (20% PMMA) is 14.4cc's of 20% PMMA, which at 7.5 BPEL is not a ton of filler. The pricing model for Bellafill is more expensive than Linnea. One week ago I went to Avanti Derma and got 24cc's of 20% which would equate to about 31 syringes of Bellafill. I also am 7.5" BPEL and can notice a significant difference so far. I know Dr. Rupeka, who is amazing at what he does, will do more liberal amounts of Bellafill / PMMA than others, but with great success, just ask @6x5to6x7 . You really could go quite aggressive and get closer to 40-50 syringes for your next round of Bellafill. I wish I could, but with my goals in mind, Bellafill in the US is just too cost prohibitive for me.

Those are the two big names that keep popping up in this group. I’m going to try to find pricing for Avanti Derma and maybe go with Linnea next round if I can get a bit more bang for my buck. My current provider in St Augustine does 1 box (5 syringes) of Bellafill for $2500 and tosses in an extra syringe for each box I buy.

So that is $2500 for 4.8cc's of 20% PMMA, which comes out to $521 per CC, if my math is mathing correctly.

I paid $4200 for the signature package and got 24cc's of 20% PMMA, which comes out to $175 per CC, which also included PRP in the price. Now the amount of PMMA you get can vary at Avanti as well as the PMMA concentration percentage. Even though I got 24cc's, my concentration was lower than I was hoping for, but I trusted Dr. Morales with what is best for my goals. You could get a higher volume amount like I and some others got, but it could be a little less. You could likely also get a higher concentration percentage closer to 30% than what I received. It really depends on what Dr. Morales deems most effective for the best result. They take a more conservative approach than Dr. Rupeka takes from what I have read on this forum.

You can go to the Avanti Derma website or just reach out directly to Ian at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or fill out this form to ask any questions you have. Both Ian and Dr. Morales are quite helpful and kind. My experience with them was excellent.

Where did you go to in St Augustine? Did you have a good experience with the clinic and staff?

I had my first round of Bellafill done at Focused Men’s Health in St Augustine. The staff there is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped to ease my anxiety about the whole procedure.
