TOPIC: My experiences with Southern Surgical Arts so fat

These are some diary entries I made after two rounds of Bellafill from Southern Surgical Arts. I'm not here to promote them, you can judge the pics and my entries if it's something you're interested in. And the anxiety of what your Dick looks like the first day or so of getting the injections, if you're not mentally prepared, you will freak out and that's a big part of why I'm putting this out here (or at least I almost did even though I was prepared). And kind of a give-back since I read lots and lots of posts on here and the previous board iterations once I found out PMMA was a thing.

I'm uncircumsized. I read all the warnings about getting this done without being cut. My reasoning was that I could get cut after the fact if things went ugly and then get more added to smooth it out. I also know that I wouldn't have a perfect result, but that if I got a good amount of Girth and it was functional and not hideously ugly, I'd be okay with it.

I was planning on going to Dr. Rupeka due to some good results an uncircumsized poster made here, but called around different places more local to me due to me not getting pto. I called Southern Surgical in Chatanooga. They have a RN who performs Bellafill injections in Atlanta. I talked with him - I was leary about it because of everthing I'd read about places doing silicone and trying to pass it off as collagen. He said he and his supervising had undergone instruction by Dr. Rupeka and that he could work with uncircumsized guys. The prices were reasonable, especially when I don't get pto and a trip to Ohio would mean a day or two of missed work nevermind the travel expenses.

The guy that did the injections and I talked a good bit during and between procedures. I use the Restorex device and had good results with that back in 2020 for lengthening. I told him about Thunder's and that I'd found this site when I'd come across some of SO's posts over there. He made a remark during the last round that he'd appreciate it if I made a post here.

Again, this is not an advertisement. He was nice enough to give me significant discounts, so keep that in mind while reading. I also went in prioritizing an increase in size over cosmetic appearances and kind of knew what to expect. I almost freaked out after both procedures I was afraid the filler had gotten into the Foreskin, but that was swelling.

For the first procedure, I got really bummed out after the swelling went down and at the fattest part I was 5.5 instead of the 6+ it'd got up to. I was expecting that the second go
around, which made it mentally easier to deal with, especially as it got up to almost 7 inches in the first week.
Some of the pics were before, some of which got Restorex length results. Others are a few days after PMMA with max expansion/swelling, which had gone quite up a bit. In another week, I'll try to provide the last pic and what it's settled in at.

Game day. Usual horrible and hellish Atlanta traffic. Took an extra hydroxyzine when I got to the parking lot. I was right - I started shaking and shit when I started signing forms in the waiting room. That calmed down after a bit. Used the bathroom - dude told me to undress and get on the examining table.
He lidocained me. It helped. He made punctures in my Dick. I could feel brief sharp pains but I didn't watch because I figured that'd make me dizzy or exacerbate my anxiety. It was a bizarre experience - carrying on a conversation with him while he's inserting needles into my Dick and laying the filler. And I'm pretty sure I got at least semi-hard a few times - tried not to think about that so much.
Anywho, he talked me into 15 syringes. From what I've read, I've got a longer Dick than most folks who get a procedure like this so it makes sense to get more filler. Figured I could pay off the extra with my next paycheck. Complimented me on how good it looked when were done. Reminded of a tattoo artist - they're not going to tell you if it doesn't look good. He left me one hell of a hematoma at one entry point at the base - I'd felt that one whenever he stuck in that needle.
He was nice enough to give a $500 discount on the extra five syringes.
Got home and took off the wrap. Kind of a corkscrew shape due to filler migration while driving for an hour and a half and the base of the wrap not being even. I didn't panic too much because I know irregularities are a possibility - I would have completely freaked if I hadn't read so much on this prior to the procedure. I used my infrared pad to heat it for about twenty minutes and then got to rolling and massaging it for five or ten minutes. That helped, but it's still narrower at the base than the middle. And that one injection site where I have the hematoma is quite sore. I wiped down with alcohol and put on a new wrap and tried to make sure it was even. It's leaking slightly, and I don't want to think about how much filler I'm losing and how expensive it is. He didn't put any in near the Foreskin, which I'm glad of because it migrating there is what I'm most paranoid about.
Anywho, it's plumper and hopefully I can take care of it enough to where it'll even out. I better considering I just spent enough money to buy an old car. I know that almost all the swelling is gel that'll go away after several weeks before the collagen starts to grow, so I'm not going to measure until then and then another two months out.

Well, I lied to myself about measuring and meaured my Dick again this morning. Up by 1/2 an Inch in circumference at the mid point and about 1 Inch at the base, but that's tricky to measure with the extra scrotal skin there. That's bigger than four days ago by about 1/4 of an Inch. Could be my infrared pad use, but I can't expect this to be the final result and have to expect losing some size over the next couple of months. It's probably just swelling. I've got kind of a hump back now and a Nodule forming on the right side of the shaft, but I continue my massaging which if I wasn't doing that it'd probably be quite ugly. Anywho, it being much thicker is a turn on for me even if I don't have anyone right now to share it with. And hopefully the massage will keep it from becoming a Frankenstein Dick.

Measured my Dick again. Seems like I lost a little bit of length, but that could be Erection quality. It's still over seven inches though at 7.25. There has been no further shrinkage as far as Girth goes. 5.5 at the former skinniest part and 5 5/8 at the fatter part. I hope I grow a bit over the next few months and get back to close to where I was about a week after I got it done. Good news is that the aftercare I did seems to have worked - no nodules remaining and only one depression where not much collagen formed. Looks and feels natural. Maybe I will go back to the same guy.

I asked about doing 15 syringes again instead of the ten I'd planned - he said that'd probably be a good idea because mine's kind of "the longer end of average." He suggested more towards the base to thicken it up and keep it away from the Foreskin, which I agreed to very much as I'm most paranoid about Phimosis and paraphimosis.
I checked the Bellafill boxes while he was out of the room before he started. As far as I can tell, they look legit. At least they and the syringes look like the images you'd find on a google drug search.
It took a while. I guess he didn't like the symmetry or something because he said he'd throw in a couple more syringes at no charge - that's on top of the discount he already gave me for coming back.
I got text messages during the procedure from work despite them knowing that I took the day off, one of which actually sounded like an emergency. I wasn't about to call back while I had needles being stuck in my Dick.
The guy and I bantered some. He still didn't seem happy with the result and asked me if I could get an Erection. Well, between the fact he was a guy, my penis being bruised and numbed from lidocaine, and that I couldn't stop thinking about the work emergency, that wasn't happening. He said he'd step out. He did, but I still wasn't in the mood.
I did plump it up enough to look at it in a mirror - there's a pretty abrupt angle between the widest point of the shaft and where the head come together. I texted him that. He asked me to take a picture so he could look at it. Even getting a semi was impossible at that point. The one time I didn't take the viagra and actually could've used it and I got erectile dysfunction...
He came back in. He had me stand there and kept manipulating my Dick looking for imperfections. He said sorry it was kind of weird. I shrugged my shoulders and said "well, it's something to put in my diary." He suggested two more syringes to try to level off that shelf-like place, which is uncomfortably close to my Foreskin. I agreed. He did it. So now I have 19 syringes of the stuff in my Dick for less money than the initial 15 syringes cost. If it heals up as well as the first one and maybe give me a bit more Girth than the first go around did, I'll be a happy camper. As long as my Dick keeps working.

Swelling went down some more. Dick's still at a bit over 6 inches Girth - slightly less distally and a bit more proximally. Hope it stays that way. Kind of miss the monstrous 7 inches it got to at one point, but I doubt that'd be practical with most women and it was damn uncomfortable to masturbate with. I may get a bit more filler if I go back for a touch up to kind of smooth out some unevenness, but not near as much as the last two times. Unless it shrinks down some more below 6. The sharp angle/shelf between the glands and the PMMA near the front of the shaft is pretty much smoothed out, so that's a good thing.

Edit - in the next week or so I'll try to get a decent Erect picture of where it stands now as it'll have been a month and that's about where it settled at after the first round.

What were your results like with the restorex if you don't mind me asking?

I had good results using it - almost an Inch in three months, but that's unusual. But no more gains since 2020 and I've lost a bit since I got the first round done. I don't know if it was the fillers because I also was pumping during the summer and fall and quit right before the first round. I still use the restorex but haven't gained anything back. Just added light pumping in to see if that might help get back some of the lost length.

Well, I'm hoping this is low tide. It's a far cry from the monstrosity it got up to, but as long as it doesn't go down any further then I'm okay with six inches at what used to be the skinniest part. Closer towards the head it's 5.75 or so.

Before the first round I was 7.5 x 5.

I'm currently at 7.25 x 6.
