TOPIC: Urofill experience

Had urofill back in january with Dr Hakky at atlanta. Great surgeon and great guy. Preprocedural Girth was 5.5 midshaft, 6 at base. My BPEL is 6.5. Received 13 units total. Split into 2 days. He does his loading phase in 2 days. Did 8 the first day, 5 the second. He essentially built 2 columns as a side on day 1 and did the mid part on day 2. Wrapped me with self adhesive wrap on day 1 and a loose gauze on day 2. He uses revanesse versa plus which supposedly is more firm. Overall pleased with experience. Advised to avoid sex for 72 hours. Will be going back for more treatment and to even things out. Got 0.4 Inch probably. Will aim for an Inch gain. Well see. Hoping to learn from others experiences especially those who went the PMMA route with Dr Carney.

I also went to Dr Hakky for my procedure back in may but despite a great experience I’m a little over a month removed from 12CCs of filler for 8k and I’m almost back to the size I started at. Did you have any issue with filler absorbing quickly?

I still have most of my filler. There is some migration towards the head and some filler or less filler in the base.. you may be one of those who resorb really fast. I also did 3 sessions in total including the first 2 sessions that were back to back. So ive had 2 actual treatments already. Thinking of a third already. Wife loves it though. Did you talk to him about it? What did he say? So sorry you lost yours that quickly. Id be bummed to lose all of it in a month. I can imagine doing this annually which would be more reasonable

I haven’t reached out to him yet I’m out of town at the moment but I was slowly noticing the Girth was going down which I expect some to go away but I got .5 inches and it’s down to about .25 and I didn’t even get a chance to use it yet I was a little worried about it feeling too soft but now it’s almost gone I should’ve took a chance

How old are you? What was your starting length and Girth? Were you doing anything else like pumping? I heard it can cause resorption to occur faster. I got about the same on my first session and gained about the same size too. There was some dissipation but certainly mostly there still. Your case would be unusual for sure cause even on the urofill website, retention rates were high even after 4 years. I heard like if you got sick or something that may play a role too.

I’m 27 and no I wasn’t pumping I read online too that that can make the filler go away faster I wasn’t even masturbating because I was still tender but I dont remember my exact Girth I’m about 5 inches long and want to say about 3.5 inches of Girth then I got 12ccs. I kept my normal routine after I didn’t even go to the gym and workout because I was worried about sweating and possibly getting an infection I went on a cruise and came back and that’s when I first started to notice it was shrinking and I thought maybe I was overthinking and then the following week it shrunk more and I knew it was the filler absorbing

On your follow up with him you should bring it up. Im not sure what the best steps are moving forward. Would it be worth it to do things slowly. Im close to 7 inches and i got the same volume you got. Im in my 30s so i doubt its the age. Maybe he can give you a discount and try a smaller amt?
