@christiancasey Sir, I have asked you to reach out here so I can get you directly in touch with who you need to speak to instead of leaving a message with our answering service, but I have not heard from you. @Skeptical_One reached out and let me know you contacted him and I asked him to have you please reach out to me, which you have not done. I have asked around the office and we have not received any contact from you, so I wonder if you're calling an old phone number that is no longer associated with our clinic or reaching out to Dan who is no longer with us, since it has been almost 2 years since we've heard from you or had you in the clinic. Please DM me or call John at (445) 220-0765 when we reopen tomorrow at 8am Eastern Time so that we can best assist you. I don't know when you tried calling, but if it was after 3pm this past Tuesday, we have been closed for the Thanksgiving holiday and the weekend.

not true - i spoke twice with the clinic - venita - and no one ever called me back..

Thanks for the DM, @christiancasey . I just responded a little while ago.

Just to clarify for everyone following this, Ray did call and leave a voicemail, but as I explained in our private message, the new spam blocking filters on cell phones often mark our call as spam, the phone does not ring, and our voicemail gets sent to a hidden folder. This patient and I are now in contact and I'm waiting to hear back about the best time, date, and phone number for Ray to call again.

you guys can say whatever but I do agree your clinic cares about their patients post procedure
