The problem is that this could cause a restriction of the Foreskin and not allow it to retract over the glans. If the provider places a product a little more deep, under a connective tissue layer, then Circumcision isn’t necessary. That being said, from experience, it is easier to inject a man that is Circumcised vs a man that is uncircumcised just because it is easier to work with less skin. Is having extra skin or loose skin at all beneficial for injecting filler/PMMA? Did Foreskin restoration when I was younger for awhile and I have a loose Circumcision now, or does only the inner space between the Dartos fascia and that other muscle i dont remember the name of matter?
