Yes, I'd definitely check with them. I would probably want Megafill, which is made out of the same material as Megaderm if that's the graft they're using. Otherwise, I wish you all the best on your recovery, man, and lots of thanks for the pointer!

I believe Proud Urology's focus on a foreign customer base made them such an appealing Sponsor here, since after all, this is almost exclusively an English-speaking site. Their (Proud's) Patient Coordinator James is very fluent in English, and they caption many of their videos with English subtitles.

Also, this tells me Proud Urology understands the nature of Medical Tourism and it takes an amplitude of confidence to host many non-natives in a Medical Setting in my opinion.

But as one member said in this post, it's good to know there are options. I personally recommend Proud as they have been great to work with, but I hope your experiences turn out satisfactory nonetheless.

I agree 100% with you on Proud Urology as I have spoken with them before.

However, it would be myopic or hasty to assert that Impressive Urology does not care about medical tourism or its foreign customer base. They offer 10% Tax Refund where a certificate will be issued for claiming at the airport. They do care about engaging with foreigners however the marketing approach may not be 100% there yet & the doctor can speak English without the need of a facilitator / translator.

Ultimately, I am not here to push Impressive Urology to everyone. I am here to share my experience and maybe you guys will consider the same procedure as me at the same clinic.

Week 1 Post Surgery Update (Day 7)
Went back to the clinic to replace the bandage and now I have been given a kit for further self-maintenance. I have attached the current condition (photos). There are still some swelling and bruise specifically near the Circumcision line or what we informally call “Doughnut Swelling”. It’s common and i expect another 1-2 weeks to resolve that.

Dr Lim has also given another bottle of IV Drip, this time vitamin drips to help with the recovery faster.

Other than the mild discomfort with erections at night, things are looking good at the moment and i am satisfied. Dr Lim says he will prescribe some medications before i leave seoul to help with vascularization as the dermis transplant work its thing over the next few months. He also addressed the possibility of lost of Erection length. Same as other patients - these are resolved over time or with Hanging.

Also, some photos of the clinic - they occupy the entire floor in the prime district of Gangnam.

Week 2 Update:
• Swelling on the shaft has all been resolved long ago. Still some swelling near the Circumcision line which is expected cause i didn’t cut much.

A top up of Antibiotics, Corticosteroids & Bandage to speed up the recovery. Dr Lim gave IV Proteins to help as well.

I will be posting photos in Week 3 when i fly back home. Dr Lim says if anything / discomfort, just text or come back anytime.

Week 3 Update:
Swelling from the Circumcision is all gone except for abit left at the area near the Frenulum.

A post-ops Erect photo uploaded. Girth measured is around 5.5-5.6 Inch and I’m very happy about it. There are 2-3 residual stubborn stitches. Hopefully they come out on their own soon. I would say potentially can hit 5.7 Inch (14.5cm)

There is some observed lost in length, around 0.5-1 Inch. You can see the slight difference if you compare pre-ops & post-ops Erect photos. This is expected if you see other patients doing graft transplant.

Dr Lim said that the length will come back with time. He prescribed 5mg Cialis for vascularisation. However, he didn’t mention about stretching. I may try it after giving it some more time (a few weeks to half a month)

Week 5 Update:
With regards to the loss in length, it seems to be more related to "looks" and the hardening process of the dermis. I would say barely shorter or just around 0.5 inch and it will get back once the hardening / vascularization process is over.

Unfortunately because it's thick, being 6 inches long makes the penis looks shorter / smaller. It will look so much better if you are say, 6.5 - 7.5 inches long and you go for the surgery. Of course, while it may be more expensive because they have to use more dermis implant, i think the end result will look much better. Oh welp, Asian genes.

A few PM me for the clinic's contact to consult and compare. Below are the contact details:
Clinic's Email / Manager: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Kakao Talk (Korea's Version of WhatsApp): jeseokkim
Line ID: je.seok.kim

I won't be providing any more frequent updates. The stats for now stays the same as per previous update where the girth is at 5.5 - 5.6 inch and with Cialis / mood, it can go up to 5.7 inch. YMMV. I am more concern about the "permanency" of the results. So, I will give another update in the middle as well as end of the year. I don't foresee doing any top-ups (PMMA / Re-Ops) in the next 5 years unless the aesthetic is very off and requires attention.

You said you opted out of the Ligamentolysis and the Erection enhancement procedure. How about your glans? I saw on the website they mentioned they preform glans augmentation by inserting avascular dermis underneath to prop it up around the base. Rather than injecting filler into the base. Did you opt for that procedure. How do you feel about the safety of that. Do you feel any discomfort?

I messaged the clinic for a quote using the info you shared. They quoted around 5 million won for their 5 senses satisfied surgery on their website

I then messaged on Kakao and I asked what my estimated gains would be? He said it depends on the person but to make it thicker they can transplant 2 dermis!! If you’ve read around this site enough you know how bad of an idea stacking grafts is.

I ignored that and inquired further about procedures like the glans enhancement and the erection enhancement. He said that his director spoke good English and could explain it to me via phone call the next day. He then asked me multiple times what my nationality was. I said American.

He messaged the next day about 2 hours late saying that due to clinic policy the director couldn’t speak to me. But the price would be 5 million won for the dermal implant 2 million for the glans and 2 million for the lengthening. I said that I thought the 5 senses surgery was a package. He told me he was busy but would answer later.

Later in the night he texted me again and quoted me 9.3 million won for the 5 senses surgery. That’s almost double the 5 million I was originally quoted. He said 5 million was only for Koreans and that 9.3 million won was the foreigner price. I showed him the message I received from his clinic with the original 5 million won quote and he told me his working hours were over but he’ll talk to his doctors tomorrow.

This morning he messaged that if I was interested in the surgery he can lower some of the current costs. I felt distrustful of the clinic and said no.

This is just my opinion but, they seem sketchy in what procedures they’re willing to preform, they seem dishonest and unreliable in what they say, and furthermore they don’t seem to want non-Korean customers.

Eggplantcoohie your work looks great and I wish you and anyone else who opts for this clinic the best of luck.

Hmm… you should clarify if the 2 dermis is by them joining to cover the entire length of the Erect penis or stacking on top of one another.

If it’s joining, then it’s clearly justified as it’s a common practice. Else, if it’s stacking, then i would agree that there might be a risk to it. Stacking via re-operation is safe but stacking in a single operation is not. There are medical papers documenting this. It would be good to clarify. That said, the clinic is offering to you because stacking is possible to make it super thick and the risk is up to you to decide

Like a specialist Urologist clinic, the director / doctor is not obligated to speak to you via phone but they can do a face-to-face consult. By right, the manager & nurse of the clinic would be able to translate and answer your questions.

I’m not going to defend them for discrimination. I think in today’s world, especially with booming medical tourism. This shouldn’t be the case. I too, have avoided all Dermatologist clinic in Seoul that were discriminating.

However, they are registered with the Korean Government to be a designated Urologist Clinic for International Patients. Only 2-3 Urologist clinic in South Korea have this recognition & this is required to issue tax refunds.

Anyways, i did received great care from the doctor & nurses from start to end. This clinic also has tax refunds, so i paid a very good price. Perhaps, you can state you found them through this forum.
