Hi everyone, long time lurker here although I have chimed in a few times in the past.
Firstly, just wanted to thank those I have followed extensively and have had private chats with, so much information and feedback. It has really made this decision much less stressful.

So I originally wanted to go to Dr. Carney at Rejuvall, but due to distance and travel (I am also located in South Bay, CA) I decided to look into Dr. Liu.
After speaking with him extensively through email and a numerous phone calls, he assured me his process is the same as what Dr. Carney does with the MegaMAXL. The difference being the terminology used. Hoping this is correct...
I have my consultation with him tomorrow to discuss what should be used for the grafting. Looks like it will be Alloderm due to the recent recall, but I will ask about Surgimend just in case. I have hung for close to 7yrs, hanging up to 20lbs when I was hanging at my prime. So hanging following the lig cut should be simple enough.. I hope.
I did have HA filler injected a year ago, last September, and I think a little bit of it is still present. Either that or it stimulated new collagen that has stayed? Not sure.
My current stats -
FL: 4.8-5.25" (varies on temp, time of day)
FG: 5.2"
EL: 6.7"
EG: 5.75"
Based on others experiences, as those mentioned above, what graft material do you think would be best for me and what should I realistically expect for gains?
I would like to reach 7"+ in erect length, which hopefully is achievable with consistent hanging following the lig cut. Hanging 7-10lbs as soon as possible. Are you able to hang right away if keeping it lighter, like 2lbs?
As for girth, if I am 5.75" when erect already (again some girth may still be from lingering HA filler so I may thin out as time passes) would I be pushing it too far with a 1-1.5" gain? I still want my wife to be able to enjoy sex, just saying lol. But if I gained 1.5" then I'd be over 7" in girth which might be a little too much?
Anyways, just wanted to start this thread as I will be posting my findings and progress.
Thank you again everyone for all the info and reassurance through your own journeys!
