I bought the RestoreX, Affirm, and pump from Dr. Brandeis, but was unsuccessful finding a P-Long doc in NYC, so I went to Shafer for PRF.

From revisiting your altered protocol, it seems more like additions than any significant modifications. PRF is similar to PRP, and you changed 30min to 45min. Everything else seems like a combination of all the trending methods on Thundersplace. Sounds like you're in it to win it
. If P-Long was analogous to a gym workout routine that was expected to yield gains, yours sounds like a gym workout routine while wearing heavy firefighter gear, to damn well ensure there are gains lol!
You must be rather seasoned with PE exercises because the kind of commitment and additions/modifications you've made aren't for novices. And I should point out to anyone reading this, the P-Long itself is more than sufficient (and less complex) than what you're reading here, and I think that's the appeal for a lot of guys who would like to gain without surgery (if possible) through a relatively straightforward routine. In other words, don't let

Question though, I see no mention of a Penis Pump and could have sworn that was a part of P-Long's Protocol, no? I noticed on your list, you said "

twice. Maybe one of those lines were meant to mention the pump and you typo'd? Or did you choose to opt out of this component of the protocol altogether (and if so, why)?
