TOPIC: Penile Implant 9 weeks after 3 rounds of PMMA, with photo

Though I have had good results with three rounds of PMMA, Erectile dysfunction started slowly bothering me after turning 40.
Finally decided to go ahead with penile implant surgery, after meeting a few good surgeons COVID backlog delayed the surgeries in Canada by years .Finally June this year I got my penile implant surgery done.

1.The healing is almost complete, no pain except at max inflation.

2.Daily cycling is ongoing. I am planning to increase it twice a day. Also my VED with gauge should arrive tomorrow, will start adding some VED time daily, progressively.

3. Havent been able to use it with a partner yet, so that feedback is coming soon

4. Length loss was noticed.Hopefully at 6 months( as my surgeon says and a lot of members here has seen , and 2 clinical studies I found out on AMS LGX length recovery) I am pretty hopeful. Also I have 25% body fat.Started diet since last week, signed up for a good gym today. I will with 100% dedication lose the belly fat...which definitely will give me visual length increase.

5. The only concern is angle when fully erect. Due to three rounds of filler and my age probably my angle was downward even before surgery. It still not parallel to ground( as some people call 3 o clock position).I would say 4/4:30 when I let it hang naturally. I am trying to semi inflate and keep it pointing upwards when sitting at work for a few hours a day hoping the capsule would improve. However I can lift it with one finger when inflated to reach 3 o clock position. So I am hoping that inserting wont be a problem. Experienced members feel free to chime in.

6. The visual component. Being a grower all my life..my new flacid is pretty impressive(in my own eyes). Here is an image I shot today with semi-inflated. I am thinking of wearing the same trousers and underwear combination on dates. Thoughts?

7.The greatest benefit is obviously mental and that's difficult to capture in words or images.

I have a Titan. I will be getting at least 1 round of Ellanse, scheduled in the coming weeks.

I'm young, my angle with the implant is about 2:30-2, but all the older guys I know say its 3 or lower. If its lowers from the extra weight of filler I'm not going to worry about it.

I'm glad everything worked out. The guys Ive spoken to so far who have a filler + ipp, regardless of the order they received them, said its been a blast and one hell of a combo.

I'd be curious to learn/hear more about your site, as someone (myself) who happens to dabble in creating sites that deal with intimate topics (i.e. PhalloBoards) yours does sound very interesting.

I've always considered myself pretty good with the clitoris but I'm sure there are things I can learn from someone who happens to make content out of it.

Side note - was your ED not resolvable by Cialis/Viagra at all, even at higher dosages?

I don't think you will have problem entering.. i think shane diesel also always has to carry his Cock, hardly having an Erection angle

There is no fixed formula for length loss immediately after surgery and as explained in my post most men recover the length.There are some members in the other forum who have used VED extensively and report increase in length after months of daily inflation and VED protocol.
Also, Girth increase is not the goal of a penile implant.Due to fillers, I noticed that as a side effect.

If you are seeing ED signs maybe you see an Urologist first who specializes on ED and implant surgery.

Which implant model did you get?

Just curious if you have any concealment issues with implant + filler since the implant makes us showers to begin with. I have 26cm titan and sometimes it looks like I have Cock supreme going on in my pants if I dont wear the right boxerbriefs or angle it right in the pants.

Also for any guys curious about implants - while i love mine, i advise not considering this route unless its a last resort. There are some quality of life things you have to give up, and the surgery is expensive if you are paying out of pocket. I had severe peyronie's and Venous Leak, and it was the only thing that could give me an Erection.

One of the reasons fillers are (seemingly) great for implanted guys is because the implant can often be oval in shape. Although women haven't cared at all, the filler can give you the roundness back. Also, the implants have maximum Girth. So guys who had large natural Girth pre-implant can use the filler to get back to their natural (or beyond) Girth. I think fillers are a great compliment to implants if done correctly.

If Cialis/fillers gets the job done for you now, definitely keep on the route.
