There is a pharmacy by the elevators in the first floor lobby. They have Cialis at full price or generic for less.

Thanks, though that one is more pricey (as per Ian) than SuperFarmacia.

I ended up going to both and to me the price of generic Tadalafil vs Invictus(branded) is too small to bother. The US Pharmacy down the hall of the Avanti buiding is just more convenient and feels safer to go to while your Dick is butchered.

April 23rd - Day 12th

Alright, at last I can finally type my report. A bit hectic starting a new job 2 days after coming back from TJ and having to take care of a family..

Some considerations:

- I will skip the story lines bits that can be easily found elsewhere on the forum and only add bits relevant to my procedure or thoughts I haven't seen elsewhere.

Pre-Op Stats:

Post op max swelling brought me to TEG 6.25, MEG 7.something and BEG 9.5". Too bad it doesn't stay in that state for more than 24h.

The Trip

-Could not find a flight that was same day as my AD appointment so stayed in San Diego for one night and the shuttle picked me up on the next morning. Got a cheap hotel (2 stars) and should have invested 50$ more as it was really crappy/dirty and the taxi ride to it costed 30$ so next time if staying in SD for the night before the appointment, a nice 3-4 stars motel really close to the airport is a must, I'm too old to have a "getho trip" feeling the night before I get operated on my Dick....

-Be ready 10-15 minutes in advance of the shuttle pickup time, it arrives earlier..

-Going to TJ, shuttle time is really 30 minutes from end to end max..

Procedure

-Had a lot of retraction during the procedure and Dr. Morales/Ian (who commented I retracted A LOT) only put 10CCs of 30% and 8CCs of 10%. Had mentioned I wanted Girth/volume first and didn't care about aesthetics.

Post-Op / After care

-Got supplies (Cialis, food, etc.) after op, should have gotten that ahead of time (though I went from shuttle to appointment, Avanti had schedule it that way..). Walking around in TJ like a penguin, even though the area seems safe, I felt too vulnerable for my liking...

-Going back to the 4h post-op appointment with Ian he massaged my unit (which now had all the filler at my base BELOW the bandage, big problem) but it was bleeding to much and recommended maybe not taking supplements because of the bleeding. That hampened his ability to massage but I think he did a great job at getting the filler back into place (though I almost fainted because of the pain). He recommended I wait till bleeding stops to start my recurrent massages in my hotel room, which I did. Massaged many time that evening, often in the shower, some times with wet rags (which I found low ROI), and sometimes dry doing rolling motions (which Ian is against, but I can't replicate his painful massages myself).

Then wore my stretcher during 1.5-2h sleep sprints (on my back, with stretcher over a rolled towel). Had 2 appointments with Ian the next day. So post op 48h was stretcher, massage, appointments, food, measuring, lots of erections for blood flow (caressing my Frenulum to get hard for a while). Then wore stretcher on my way home, in the airport and in the plane (wearing sweatpants) and guess what: MY STRETCHER FELL ON THE PASSAGER SITTING NEXT TO ME. Almost the most awkward moment of my life, I could only recover it when the guy exited the plane, he looked pissed though I'm not sure he saw/felt it... I induced hidden semi boners for the duration of the flight and went to the bathroom to massage.... Would have like to stand up more so the filler doesn't move to the base... Ian says it's inconsequential though and that it's retraction we have to fight, not upward/downward Dick angle... I still want to maximize my TEG/MEG gains, already have a big enough base....

I really got crappy sleep on the night before my appointment in San Diego, in TJ and on the first 3-4 nights home because of jet lag and that I had stopped smoking/coffee shortly before the procedure (haven't started back).

My swollen unit decreased in size over the span of day 3 to 7 which was really disheartening and stressful for me. But I think I've now reached my low point... I don't think I have any collagen growth or have gained any size since the swelling is down... we'll see and I'm wearing my stretcher plus eating/sleeping well + taking collagen and other supps and all just in case... I know on paper I have good gains so I don't want to be entitled/spoiled, but the feeling I had when I was 6.5" to 7.1" MEG was really good, it felt right, finally... I want that feeling back permanently hence round 2, hopefully I'll be able to concentrate the gains in my TEG/MEG first and foremost with BEG last.


Testing the unit

So yesterday on my 11th day I could not resist my lady anymore and against the 15 days no sex advise I did use the unit. Put lube on and against all expectations my partner just took my larger unit all in without pain or resistance. She says it's the lube and the horniness.. As soon as it was in it was really apparent she enjoyed it and she came many times in a really short amount of time. She says the unit touches all of her spots at the same time and basically "she comes more times in less time than before". She said her arousal/orgasm curve is now way more upward since the new unit and that she loves it. I have her blessing for my round 2 in a few months. We did it another time at the end of the evening, looking forward to tonight...

The only downside is after my first sex session I freaked out that the way too small Magnum XL condom I had put on had indented my unit and that the sex had deformed it, maybe I should have waited more. So I did a lot of massages and I think/hope it's fine now. I think it was the swelling that was indented and that the imperfections I saw were already there but I wasn't focusing on them before. I really have a hard time believing the filler would still be malleable 10 days plus...anyways they can fix anything on subsequent rounds and I don't really care about aesthetics but more about volume..

Lastly, can't wait to be able to pump to see if I have access to 0.75" extra EG temporarily from time to time. Might wait post week 6 to try as I'm afraid of damaging the implant..

Day 13

Lessening use of the ball stretcher to 3-5 one hour sessions a day now, as my feet hurt from standing up so much in a day (or being stuck in an awkward sitting/pulling setup)..Also stopping to induce so many erections during the day and cut porn back to zero (had started back porn usage during the trip to induce erections for massaging...).

I expected lots of retraction but my Flaccid is pretty nice. Might be because my unit doesn't have stress all day now...Measurements stand, though I might have a .2" EG increase which might be due to EQ or measuring... I want to stop obsessing so much over it for now. But what a relief to see myself bigger than before (really deep rooted issue for me due to some comments I got earlier in life). Now just trying to book round 2 casually (though it's really hard waiting) and hopefully I'm done with the process and PE afterward and can put it all behind me.

Day 14th

Weird result today, it's like the Scrotox released and my scrotum is now sagging away from my now big base (From 6.5" to ~8" at it's largest).

At bit unsightly but I don't really care as for me, it's all about usable Girth during sex.

Day 15.

Measure my BEG at 8.25-8.5 today. Maybe just better EQ as my big CC chamber (dorsal/below my base) is capricious. Pretty big, though though that area doesn't have much length. Still it's like my base got a 1.5"-2" gain from round 1... Hasn't been a problem in bed at all.

~35 days post-op. Measurements are still mostly the same than at the ~10 days mark last reported above. I've gotten an all around ~1" EG gain, the majority being at my base (now up to 8" on good EQ).

I've never had the collagen growth that is mentioned from time to time...maybe because of PRP which allows for fast healing.

I'm really pleased with the results but I booked another full round around end of june so I can move toward my 7-7.25 MEG goal (and get more TEG gains too...). Following round 2, I'll most likely do Hanging till I gain up to 1" EL + become more of a shower and then do one or two PMMA touch ups to increase TEG/MEG and solidy my length gains (+ maybe fill the base if the EL gains made it hollow).
