Another thing to note is that it’s all based on how your body will respond in creating collagen. That is the main similarity between PMMA and his product. Both simulate collagen production. I took collagen supplements during my recovery to help my body build as much as it could. I would recommend doing that regardless of the filler you choose to get.

EricPig wrote: That maybe true. Im not sure if the silicon is the reason for more gains. He advertises that normally people gain around 3/4th to 1inch per procedure.
One thing to keep in mind is that he always does max fill. I know a lot of PMMA companies will market different amounts of fillers per session, not always going to max full. So that’s a factor to consider.

Like I said I’ve had zero issues and I personally think my results are extremely natural looking and symmetrical. Just wanted to update and share my experience.

Good point on the amount of filler. You’re right. Different docs max at different amounts. Do you recall the amount of filler he gave you for each procedure? I know some docs will only do 5ccs, where some will do 8-10ccs, while others will do 15-20ccs. Curious how much your doc uses.

Really appreciate you sharing by the way. Not being critical here. Just blown away by the results. Most important is that you’re not having any complications and that you’re happy with the results.

Thanks man. I appreciate being accepted here and allowing to share my experience.

Doctor Loria fills to patient specific amounts. Meaning that if a patient has tight skin he won’t put as much filler as he would with somebody like me who has elastic skin. The amount he puts is roughly gaged by your length as well.

For round 1 he put 91ml of filler. Round 2 he put 110 ml of filler.

He does do max fill but he is very careful not to overfill since doing so can cause issues. The skin can only stretch so much before breaking which of course gives concern to infection.

A few things here:

Think of silicone filler like turning your penis into a water balloon - much of the Girth comes directly from the volume of the silicone itself. Sure there may be some elastin and collagen growth but that isn't where your Girth is derived from. This explains why silicone injectors pump as much as 60cc-80cc in a single round. The allure of silicone oil is that the Girth is instant (as is all other fillers), permanent, and quite frankly can be very aesthetic at first.

However, I would caution against the use of this type of filler to anyone considering this and haven't undergone any procedures yet. I remember someone making a good point --> the vast majority of injectable Phalloplasty practitioners have the same access to Silikon1000 off-label but choose not to use it, ask yourself why? Some of these Doctors even offer multiple filler types, from fat to PMMA to HA, but why not include silicone if it was so effective? The reason is that silicone oil is prone to migration and is a poor candidate for Girth enhancement.

Unlike most other fillers, the complications stemming from silicone oil can be disastrous. Call any reconstructive surgeon or Urologist with a history of repairing Phalloplasty and get their opinion on silicone oil. Heck, even the Penuma guys (which itself is a failed implant device) discourage the use of silicone oil, makes you wonder..

Furthermore, Avanti Derma once used silicone for micro-droplet correction of small areas after PMMA but discontinued its use altogether. Dr. Victor Liu happened to offer silicone oil aomong all the other procedure types he had, but he too has discontinued its use.

Dr. Loria is not a Cosmetic Surgeon like he's advertised in the past, and he massively inflated his "10,000" procedures performed (which if you do the math, realize it isn't just an exaggeration, it's an impossibility). He was a hair restoration specialist & nutritionist who decided to jump on a cash bandwagon and now employs unethical Phalloplasty, including the introduction of this LEEP procedure which is remarkably dangerous in my opinion. Someone representing Loria reached out to me for Sponsorship and I declined, and by doing so turned down a considerable amount of revenue (as I'd likely be able to charge him extra given his risk/liability).

What does discourage me at times are how many of these silicone complications don't return to any forum or social media to report their adverse event. Maybe I'm being hard on them, I wonder if Dr. Loria makes men sign off a waiver that you can't report or review your procedure online (which I've heard done by other questionable doctors in the past). I know these men exist through backchannels, including my own email inbox.

That said, I'm not trying to alarm those with it inside them already. Not all silicone penises are ticking time bombs and some guys have managed.

PMMA on the other hand, you probably don't need more than 20cc to gain the same yield, because much of the new Girth comes from neocollagensis, which generates your own tissue. This means the bulk of your Girth is in-fact YOU. Admittedly, you'll likely need more rounds of PMMA than silicone to achieve the same Girth, but the trade-off is worth avoiding the pitfalls of silicone oil.

I want to follow-up my comment by saying that I do appreciate @EricPig for his candid and authentic reporting on his experience. I know I can come off a bit harsh as it pertains to Dr. Loria and silicone oil, and what I may have expressed could warrant alarm, but that was not the intent.

If you've had satisfactory results, that's great to hear. In the end, I'm never condemning the patient for their choices, I just feel its my responsibility to share what I know. I hope you continued success regardless of my sentiments on silicone oil.

It's just that I've been following this scene intimately since the mid 2000's, as well as Moderating the only site devoted to male phalloplasty for 13 years (and going), so my opinions are based on a multitude of objectively credible sources.

I also wasn't trying to proclaim PMMA king, instead was comparing the volumes used to achieve the same kind of girth between the two fillers. I was also clearing up the misconception regarding collagen between the two types of fillers.

Interesting point that some of these shady docs make folks sign waivers. I talked with AD about it and they noted they welcomed an open discussion online concerning my experience, good or bad. If a doc said I couldn’t talk about my experience, that would be a huge red flag and I’d walk.

I've actually had someone email me begging me to remove their posts out of fear of retribution from their doctor. I don't like deleting crucial comments in general, but for the sake of this patient's peace of mind, I made the concession. Not surprisingly, it involved a Doctor not represented on this site and one with a less than stellar reputation. I won't name names as there is no reason to stir the pot here, but suffice it to say, this kind of stuff goes on.

And yes, I have also heard of a review/social media waiver, however I have not been able to independently verify its legitimacy. However, the person that told me this was otherwise quite transparent and credible, so I can't see why he'd make it up.

@EricPig was there anything verbally and/or in writing that forbade negative comments online? Just curious. I'm not sure what Dr. Loria's paperwork says nowadays.

Yes I can speak to that and a few other things mentioned above.
1) I took the time to read through the documents prior to procedure. There’s not a waiver but there are consents you sign (which should be happening with any and all medical procedures). The consents were very transparent and spelled out the filler and its use. Nothing was said about negative press or social media. The risks, side effects and all that was spelled out. Which again - should be disclosed with all medical procedures.

2). Loria doesn’t use only silikon 1000. It’s a mixture of that and a volume expander which is all disclosed in his patent. It is in the process of getting FDA approval. That is an extremely long and expensive process especially if you’re not a pharmaceutical company and just an independent doctor. However, it is in the works.
He uses this product because he believes it to be a better product. He does like PMMA and thinks it’s a good product.
He did mention an interesting insight I did not know. PMMA’s price per ml is very high. I think he said like 400 dollars per ml. Some companies advertise 60-80cc of PMMA for 6-9,000 which doesn’t add up. Not sure how they are able to do that if it is legitimately PMMA or if they are adding things to it to expand it … or maybe not PMMA as all. Just thought it was interesting.

3) the comment made about silicon giving you immediate results. I’m not sure if that is true because Loria’s mix isn’t purely silicon oil. However, I’ve been envious of my friends that have had PMMA because it seems like they recovered faster and held their gains closer to the measurements after the procedure. For Loria patients it s a longer process. At first you’re swollen which goes down over a week. All the while your body starts working with the filler and building collagen. During that time your measurements go down and then… they go back up once collagen is formed. It’s kind of cool to watch.

Also. Let me comment by saying that I really like PMMA. I think that if I wouldn’t have gone with Loria I would have 100% done PMMA. I think it looks good and from what the pictures show, it makes your Cock look really dense and heavy. Looks to be an awesome product

You mention the paperwork was transparent and mentioned the fillers, did it mention everything that was injected into you? As in, did it mention ONLY silicone or did it also mention any other ingredients that were either mixed with the silicone or injected in addition to the silicone? I only ask because he's always been talking about his own proprietary filler for years, and always vague on the details of whatever else is in there. It would be great to have this info.

He spelled it out as much as he can to a non-medical patient. Meaning he didn’t use medical jargon or put an exhaustive list of all the additives… like it wasn’t a drug label. The consent explained the filler in layman’s terms if that makes sense.
I felt he did a good job explaining it honestly. It was easy to understand.
Now I also have read his full patent and did my investigation beforehand because of some of the things brought up in the forum. So I knew more going in the second time but for the general patient I felt the consents were appropriate.

Just an update with my results. Things have settled down to 7in base, 6.75 mid shaft, 6.5 under the glans. Super happy with the results. I did not experience any side effects or complications. I’m still up in the air about going for another procedure but that might put me near 8inches. Not sure if that might be too big for me… still thinking about it.
I will however go back for another Glans procedure and likely touch up one or two areas that I want more filler added to smooth out. Nothing major. Just minor fixes. Overall super happy.

Looking quite good Eric. Good for me to see, we're pretty similar and you're current state is the size result I want to achieve after my next round. Just confirms I'm going forward as 6.75"-7" seems like the sweet spot between being big vs functional.

Thanks bro. You’ll get those measurements. Just be patient. I like my measurements a lot. Super functional but really is able to fill my girl up and increase her pleasure.

You’re definitely the first I’ve seen with such gains on the forums but I think it’s cause it’s silicone plus you have over 200ccs of product in you so It makes sense. I feel though you are definitely HUGE now and if you get another full procedure you’re gonna venture into danger zone just from what I’ve read. Guys who go that near the 8” range start to experience problems, both with partners and their penis. Just food for thought
