TOPIC: (Round 2) Avanti Derma PMMA - February 15, 2023 (pics)

Fellas here's my 10 day post-op progress report for round 2 of PMMA that I had completed at Avanti Derma on February 15, 2023. I received 12cc of 30% and 7cc of 10%. Including my first round, I'm now at 39cc total.

I told Ian and Dr. M that I wanted more emphasis placed at my base as it was lacking so they did just that and filled up my mid some more. I've got a few nodules that I'm trying to get rid of but it's not the end of the world, I'll take them in exchange for my bigger size. I'm not sure if there's going to be a round 3 in my future, perhaps a touch up to fix the nodules and add some more to my base to make it more symmetrical. I've been with a few girls since round 2 and not only have I told them about the procedure but they're also quite literally in love with it. Money well spent

Round 1 measurements:
BPEL: 6.8"
NBPEL: 6.0"
Erect neck: 5.0"
MEG: 5.8"
BEG: 5.5"

Round 2 measurements:
BPEL: 6.8"
NBPEL: 6.0"
Erect neck: 5.2"
MEG: 6.2"

Dude it looks amazing! You're certifiably hung now. You're case really interests me because your circ scar is a bit above mid shaft it seems, sort of like mine. I'll post a pic for reference. I was really concerned that I wouldn't be a good candidate for Girth enhancement because of this, but it didn't seem to be an issue for you. It looks like Avanti had no problema adding product above the scar and it seemed to have a nice natural contour to it. Was this a concern for you prior to round 1? What did Avanti say about it? It seems like most guys that go have their scars much closer to the glans, unlike you and I. Thanks man!

Thanks man. The circ scar wasn't really a concern of mine and they've been able to add some volume in that area but it's pretty minimal. Filler just doesn't want to stay in that area for me but it seems like a common thing to other guys as well
