Hey all,
I've recently become a member and wanted to share my journey since I've come across several others who have been a HUGE help when it comes to giving advice in this community.
So, where do I begin? Well, as someone who is a bit less than 6"
Erect, I've always considered PE and have done extensive research over the years regarding lengthening and
Girth enhancement. After realizing that snipping my ligament is probably something I didn't want to do, and after not seeing results with PE exercises, I accepted that I was going to live with what I have for length and focus on subtle
Girth increases. I landed on
HA fillers and recently started my journey, as I was looking for increases in the
Flaccid state.
I started off with a modest 4mL of Voluma with a 1/3 dilution, since it was suggested that I understand this
Girth enlargement journey is just that, a journey with incremental progress building. I didn't want to jump in and get 10+mL at once and risk a result that was out of scale/ proportion. Also, I should say I'm someone who's looking for very modest results. I know I don't have a lot of length to work with nor do I want a
Coke can, so I'll be satisfied with a uniform looking member.
Time for a quick disclaimer: I'm really impressed when I see members post their spreadsheet/tables showing before and after progress, but unfortunately I am really bad at measuring and tend to base my satisfaction on aesthetic appearance. So apologies I don't have measurements to share.
My most recent visit was to Dr
Tsay in orange county for a follow-up 5mL of Voluma since scheduling made it tough to return to the initial office I visited in LA. I wanted to come on here and give props to Dr
Tsay for a top notch experience. He had a very nice office and great staff. The staff knows what I'm there for and do not make it awkward in the slightest. Everyone is very professional and it definitely put me at ease. I've heard really bad stories of other practitioners in the LA area who aren't personable and make you feel rushed. That is definitely not the case with Dr
Tsay. He took time to answer my questions and accommodated a same-day procedure as my consult. He starts by numbing and applying a nerve-block into the pubic region. He does use a cannula, which I was happy with, and the procedure took around 1 hour since I also wanted to try scrotox. The additional 5mL of Voluma was again incremental progress, and I'm scheduled for a follow-up 5mL for my next visit. Some thoughts after my visit to Dr
Tsay: the nerve block was uncomfortable, and I still feel a slight sensation in the area where it was applied even after a couple of months. It's not bad at all, but I sense there's a slight lingering pressure (the best way I can describe it). The price was industry standard, but I am disappointed that I didn't clarify I actually found him on this site to take advantage of a promotion his office was running (I now realize I mistakenly said I found him through another forum). Also, the scrotox didn't do anything for me, and I regret doing it/instead wish I would have applied that $ to filler, but that's 100% on me. The filler results were the most important thing to me, and I was very satisfied with my decision to go with Dr
Tsay. He has a solid technique and I had minimal bruising/ nodules. He gave thorough post-care instructions and had me come in after a couple of weeks for a post care follow-up. Considering i went with such a minimal injection, i was very impressed with this, and it showed how much he looks after his patients. My follow-up is scheduled in a little over a month, so I'll try to get better photos. I am now focusing on evening out the sides of the shaft and hopefully fill in above my circ scar since I am noticing a slight "dropoff"/cliff effect at that area similar to several others. I noticed that some of the filler made it passed the circ scar, so I'm holding out hope that Dr
Tsay can work his magic and help to get more even distribution.
For now, I'm posting same day photos from the procedure to give an idea of where I'm starting from for the next go around.
Until next time and good luck to all others who are taking this journey.
