Thanks, since have been debating to get another round of pmma or to get length surgery.
Thing is I really want the errect size increased. So with the penile being pushed forward the erect size technically increased?
Can the surgery be done even if I had pmma in place? And if I wanting increase in girth (underside especialy, evening out and maybe glans), you be able to do the additional pmma at same time?
6 to 8 hrs is long commitment, is this a all day stretecher that can be used discreetly ? And for how many months?
Is prp or exomes injected during the process to help heal faster, or if I was to get exome and or Botox shot afterwards would that be beneficial?
And lastly I was thinking to use this totalmanshop.com/products/autovac-smart-...riant=41265013260370
To help but not sure if you recommend after surgery
Sorry for the many questions, just be contemplating which route to go since be self councius in the erect length
Erect length is not guaranteed though most of our patients do see an increase in erect length. Here's an article we just published that explains more in depth:

You can still have the Mega MAXL lengthening surgery with PMMA already in place but depending on how much is in there, it could make post-surgical stretching difficult. We cannot add PMMA at the same time as a surgical procedure, it's too dangerous and would compromise your healing. We also do not do glans enhancement with PMMA because it causes serious complications. With you having had PMMA elsewhere, you would need to be seen in-office by Dr. Carney before he can give you a treatment plan.
The stretching protocol after lengthening surgery that we have in place is the first 5 days you just do gentle stretching with your hand, then you move to a gentle traction device that can be worn discreetly for about 3 months, then you move to the (optional) hanger for about 4 to 6 months. The hand stretching and the traction device are to ensure the penis doesn't draw back into the body as healing progresses and scar tissue forms. As I mentioned before, having a lot of filler in there can make this part very difficult. The hanger is optional because it just ensures you get the longest results possible.
We do not currently use exosomes or PRP as we have found they don't have any significant effect. You could theoretically get Botox but that's more for EQ and treating ED than having any significant effect on length.
I do not recommend the device you linked to simply because we know nothing about it, its safety, or efficacy. The devices we send home with our patients have all been either developed and/or tested clinically for safety and efficacy.
And no need to apologize for all the questions--that's what we're here for! We want to make sure everyone makes well-informed choices that will enhance their lives, not make them more complicated. Remember, you only get 1 penis so do your research, go slow, and take care of it. If you have more questions you're welcome to ask them here or go to our website and schedule a free phone consult with our Patient Education Director John. Hope that helps!
