In terms of my healing protocol: I stay hydrated, use “athletic tape under wrap” (Google it) with a wrap on top during the earlier rounds if I need to keep things in a certain shape. A few days after the procedure, I go back to my normal daily tadalafil/sildenafil routine along with a pretty healthy diet, sleep, exercise overall. I think the improved blood flow from the PDE5 inhibitors really helps.
Since my last update I’ve done a second round of 3ml just at the base, which is now even with the rest when measured, but there’s still a ridge on top, so I’ll need one more round.
I’m almost 3 years in since my first round of
Ellanse L and the second round of
Ellanse M (done one month later), and I’m still regularly measuring larger than ever. My maximum
Girth has hardly changed at all between round 1-2 and not at all on rounds 3-4. Every round after round 1 is solely for symmetry.
Before the first base round (Round 3 overall), I was 5.6” there. After the first round, I was at 6” or 6.1”, and now I’m at 6.5” after base round 2.
Attachments show: 110% EQ at 7” (cool but way larger than I was aiming for). Mid-shaft average EQ is 6.75”, and the base (6.5”) is where I’m still working.
Looking back at photos from the two rounds at the base, it seems consistent—a ~0.4” increase with each 3ml added there. Since I still have small ridge at the base, I’ll probably need another 3ml to smooth it out, which should bring me to about 6.9” there. That would make the base a bit thicker than the mid-shaft. I’m guessing it won’t expand as much as the mid-shaft due to tighter skin at the base. Might stick with just 2ml for the next round. Still deciding.
