I had my procedure and then got bogged down with work and life so my progress report is a little behind and long due to me trying to get up to date. LOL
After several years of lurking around this forum, reading and researching procedures and doctors I finally bit the bullet and took the plunge. Being a SoCal native AD was a no brainer for me.

On the morning of 4/20, I drove from Long Beach to San Diego Airport where I parked off-site (Wally Park). The AD shuttle picked me up and we made our way down to TJ. The ride was smooth with no traffic. I was at the Grand in about 30 minutes. I checked into my room and got settled.

About 30 minutes before my appointment, I made my way to AD which is conveniently located in the opposite tower which is connected to the Grand. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Diana and escorted to the back lobby where I was provided paperwork to fill out and offered water and a granola bar.
After I completed my paperwork Dr. Morales came in offered me some Ativan and we reviewed the procedure. Immediately after Ian came in and whisked to the procedure room. He had me change into a robe and then proceeded to draw blood for PRP, take measurements and prep the area for the procedure. He confirmed the product (Ellanse L), which he opened up the in front of me and confirmed lots and expiration.
Dr. Morales came in and numbed up the area. Little did I realize that feeling of fatness (from the lidocaine), would become my new norm. From there Dr. Morales and Ian performed their magic. After about 20 minutes they were done. Ian wrapped me up and went over aftercare, provided me with antibiotics, Tamsulosin (for retraction), extra gauze and we arranged for me to come back the next morning.

The first evening was uneventful. I spent my night massaging every few hours. I was total over the moon with the swelling. I always thought of myself as a Grower, however, with the filler Ian said I did not retract a whole lot. So, my Flaccid hang was thick and long (>6x6). Like many people have reported, due to the swelling, it was very difficult for me to distinguish between the swelling and the product. The following morning, I went to my follow-up. Ian reviewed the massage technique and said everything looked good. I continued my aftercare and follow-ups. I stayed in TJ for 3 days and left on the shuttle after my follow-up on day 3.

The area behind the glands swelled up quite a bit and felt very raw and sensitive. Ian had mentioned the product could bunch up in this area. However, he never addressed it in any of my follow-ups so I did not pay much mind to it. Due to the nature of the skin in that area it looked more like lymphatic fluid than product. Additionally, my Girth behind the glans even when Erect was .5+ Inch smaller than the rest of the shaft, so I figured extra product would be okay. In the end a lot of product settled there. This created a ring at the circ scar and give a slight appearance of being uncircumcised when Flaccid. However, when Erect it’s not really noticeable and my shaft is very uniform. Fortunately, it worked out for me. I think another round will allow for the shaft to be made more uniform when Flaccid.

One thing I have to say is I stayed slightly swollen for close to a month which resulted in a very smooth even/uniform appearance I felt like I ended up with a flawless result. However, by week 5 I was able to see unevenness and variations. With that being said they are very minimal, can be touched up and I am extremely happy with where I have ended up so far. Another note is the base of my Cock ached for a couple of weeks. It almost felt as if the new weight and hang was stretching out and fatiguing the ligaments. It completely resolved by the 4th week.

Now for big question. How does it work and has it made sex better. Let me start with I have been with the same person for over 15 years and sex has always been good. When I first start discussing the idea of get this procedure, I was met with you are already good sized, you’re perfect, you do not need to do anything to your Cock and sex is good. After working on/persuading for several months and framing it as something I would like to do for my birthday, I got the buy in and support to do it. 5 days after the procedure we had our first test run. I was still pretty sensitive so we took it slow. The discomfort was actually pleasurable for me. Once everyone was relaxed and got into the groove the outcome was nothing short of spectacular. We both ended with intense orgasms. After, my partner said OMG I never thought I was a size queen, but maybe I am and you should have done this sooner. Since, I have been told that this was money well spent.

Moving forward sex has been an adjustment for me due to the change in my anatomy. For a while I had a decrease in pleasure due to the area below my glans beings so big. It resulted in a reduced amount of stimulation to the crown of my glans which is where I received most of my please. As of now things have settled down and all swelling is gone so I am getting the stimulation that I prefer. But most important to me and my pleasure is my partner is still over the moon and supportive of me going in for another round.

IMHO if you are on the fence about getting the procedure JUST DO IT! Admittedly if you are very concerned about aesthetics be prepared for irregularities. My advice would be to go for lower volume spread out over more procedures. Being in a LTR I was not as concerned and was okay with variations. In the end I gained between .5 to 1” of Erect Girth depending on what part of the shaft you measure. But what I love the most is I gained over a 1.25FG and 1.50 FL, so I truly feel like a shower now. I have to say I am completely enamored by how thick and heavy it feels and looks. I’m like fucking kid with a new toy 

I will follow-up in a couple weeks with my final measurements. Additionally, I will add photos from different points of time as I progressed though the process (I have to transfer from my phone to my computer. A slightly more involved process when your phone is Samsung and your computer is Mac ).

I had 12mls of Ellanse L. I plan to go back in November for probably 6-8mls more to balance things out and add a little more size. I think if aesthetics are your main goal lower volume with more rounds is ideal. I was not as concerned about aesthetics and really wanted to get the most Ellanse L before supplies ran out so with Ians suggestion I went more aggressive (at least by AD standards).

Here are some after pics on the day of. As you can see I have some mild bruising throughout. Nothing to bad, but definitely more prominent along the left side of the shaft.

Here are some pics 5 days out. much of the bruising and some of the swelling has subsided.

I see you have a natural curve to your piece. Has the filler added any "pressure" during erections? For example, your piece is naturally curved but now that you have filler it wants to be curved but can't because filler is restricting any type of natural curving or bending. If that makes sense. Or does the filler just take the shape of your natural shape?

Hey MV, to answer your question No. There is not any added pressure during erections as it pertains to the curve. Nor have I experienced any restriction to the natural curve. However, there has been a slight decrease in the appearance of the curve due to the filler (I have attached a more recent picture). Additionally, the area of the curve on the inside naturally pushed the filler out to surrounding areas so I had to work at massaging the filler back into that area. Lastly, I plan to have them add more filler to this area during my next round to soften the appliance of the curve more. Hope this helps.

What is the touch feeling after Ellanse filler? Does it feel rock hard after Erection?

How much volume should a first timer get usually ?

Dr. Morales of Avanti Derma performed my procedure. I had 12ml of Ellanse L. While Erect if feels 100% natural and firm to the touch. As far as your volume question goes there are a couple key factors in answering that. First what is your starting length and Girth? The bigger you are to begin with the more product you need to cover you existing surface area. And second, what are your goals? Are you looking for .25", .5" a full Inch increase? From there you can determine approach. If you are going for more than .5" you should plan on more than one round. Regardless of the gains you are looking for you can approach it more aggressively and opt for a full 12ml (which is what AD will do in 1 round). Or you can opt for 6-8mls and go back for multiples rounds. This typically lends itself to a better aesthetic as you can build and correct as you go along. I am in a LTR and aesthetics were not a huge concern of mine. Though except for a build up product behind the glans which is only noticeable while Flaccid, Erect can't tell (and was a result of me not working that area as much as I should have after), the aesthetics came out pretty good. I plan on going back at the end of the year for another round of probably 10mls which should put me at close to 6+ across the board and even out any irregularities. Hope this helps.

I hope to add more Girth to my shaft for sure. I am wondering if I add the fillers to my shaft, will it increase my length a little bit ? That's what I usually heard.

I did have an ESL40 stretcher as well as the weights they provided. However, I was fortunate and had very little issue with retraction so I did not use those device a whole lot during the settling period. I did massage every few hours per the technique that Ian showed me, which consisted of a pressing and rolling method. Like I mentioned before I should have paid more attention to the area below the glans to better distribute the product from that area. Just a suggestion from experience. If you are going to need to use an ADS device I would start using it at least a month in advance (if not more), to get use to it and comfortable wearing for a length of time. You will be sensitive/sore after the procedure which is not a time to try and get familiar with a new device. I think it was Texas that suggested having a few devices that you are comfortable with to rotate to avoid too much irritation to one area.
