TOPIC: Girthyplease Avanti Derma

I have finally hit my 6 weeks mark today.

Here is my conclusion:
1) The initial Girth and mass obtained post procedure and during the first 2 weeks is mostly swelling and fluids. The end result is significantly less volume. Now I understood why people go back for more. You will need 2-3 applications to be satisfied with the Girth, I would imagine.
2) I used 20 g of Collagen, plus at least 1-3 grams of Vit C per day, Zinc, and other supplements daily to assist on the collagen production, but it is hard to tell if they had any impact in the formation of more collagen even though I elected to do PRP during the procedure to enhance that effect. I did notice new darker color veins on my shaft after 6 weeks.
3) When Flaccid, my stats are 5 inches on the bottom of the shaft, 5 on the middle and 4.5 towards the glands. I also have a very little retraction, which I have mentioned before, and it is nice given how much it would shrink when soft. That was a 0.5 Inch gain throughout.
4) When erected the gains are also about 0.5 Inch more all around, except for near the glands, a little less. Also, when erected, the hard nodules are still visible through the skin. I inherited 3, two small ones and a large one in the middle of my shaft as shown on my posted pictures on one of my previous posts. They don't feel as hard as two weeks ago but they are there, if you stretch the skin you will seem pop on the surface of the skin. As long as these get dissolve in time and don't develop into something more serious or impair the penis function, I could live with them for now but I will reach out to Avanti to see what can be done.
5) The Circ Sac is where she made the entry points for the area near the glands. I have also retained some hard material in that area that has improved over the last couple of weeks but has given the penis as a whole a different look, almost as if the surgeon who Circumcised me made a poor job cutting the Foreskin as there are irregularity around it due to the filler.
6) I think for it to be perfect, I would need to go back for a second session not sure how much to put in this time, and enhance my glans to be proportional to the shaft.

Overall happy with the retraction part, expected to have retained a little more volume. Even the small gain made a difference in my sex life with my girlfriend. I was a bit surprised with the nodules, but you can live with them as long it doesn't become something serious. I think for $6000 it is a bit expensive for the end result, but I understand that there are a few experts in this area, Avanti being one of them and they get to charge this much, which might still be cheaper than other countries.

I may wait a little longer for a Revision as it is hard to get another trip scheduled to TIjuana but will likely in order for the future.

Been a while since I updated. Week 2 I started to get some nodes and hard rice-crispy sized bits you could feel. Same thing happened after round 1, so I was mentally prepared for it. The circ scar area developed a hard ridge, where before week 2 it had a great taper. It was during week 2 that I peaked at just over 6.75 Inch mseg. Over the next 3 weeks, nearly all the nodes and hard spots either completely dissapeared, or were very soft and didn’t bother me . I am just about 5 weeks post procedure, and hard ridge behind the glans has softened and diminished substantially, but it is still visible at some angles when fully Erect, but not enough to bother me. From my peak of about 6.8 mseg in week 2, I’m down to 6.5 mseg and 6.75 at the base where I had some 30% placed. Which means I gained 0.25” MSEG this round. Seems kind of on the low end as far as gains go.

I’ve been able to test drive it many times over the past week, and it’s awesome. No regrets on the second procedure. I’ll get some photos this weekend.


Comparing round 2 to round 1, I definitely swelled up more during round 1, especially the circ scar area. I believe I have a photo in this thread of when it swelled up to 7” during round 1. Looked awful, but healed up just fine. Round 2 never swelled up that bad and looked pretty uniform throughout the healing. Not sure why my gains weren’t as great as my round 1 gains, but it is what it is.


I think this is going to be the end of the road as far as enhancement goes. Two procedures, 0.6” total gain. Probably could have had a bigger gain if I had not gone so conservative the first round, but I’m very happy with the overall aesthetics and symmetry, which was most important to me, so I don’t think I would change my approach if I had the chance to redo it.

Here’s a current photo from beginning of week 6. Things should be pretty cemented now. I’m happy with the result. The transition in the circ scar area greatly improved from week 3, and the gap behind the glans is minimal. I had encouraged Dr. Morales to inject higher towards the glans while she was injecting during round 2, that I was willing the accept the elevated risk of nodes in that region, and she accepted. The nodes in that area have all but disappeared, so I’m happy with that decision. Sex is still awesome.
