I go to see dr Aguilar this Friday-Sunday surgery scheduled for Saturday.

I found dr Aguilar after doing a bunch of research I was torn between him and dr Morganstern. Ultimately it was the cost and the wait that led me to dr Aguilar. He has a few reviews on real self, and a bunch of good testimonials for the transgender services he offers.

He was also under the guide of dr Kim jing hong, that who I was going to use many moons ago but never ended up pulling the trigger.

The only thing that had me worried was his past association which will remain nameless since they are banned from here, but he has been associated with them for a while. Dr Aguilar was actually really good with personally answering all my questions through email.

My biggest reason for going is my constant Turtling, my bigger than normal difference with bp and non bp, and just to get some extra Girth

Update

Arrived at San Diego airport and was picked up and brought to the clinic, did my blood work, and covid test and taken to this nice quartz hotel. Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow I’m getting picked up at 830 in the morniing. Will update post surgery.

Day 0

Got picked up from the hotel at 815am brought right over to the hospital and was checked in and in the waiting room by 845, at 900 I was taken into the or and given a injection in my back to numb the area, I was awake the entire time but zero pain was felt. Finished up right at 11am and I’m now in recovery waiting for the numbing to wear off. Once I did get in dr Aguilar came in a hour later to check on me and show pictures of the results, looks like I gained 4-5” Flaccid and a bunch in Girth, judging by the pictures Flaccid im at maybe 6” but of course a lot swelling so it will go down. The stitches look actually really well done, my pubic lipo came out good too it’s much more flat probably took at least 1.5” out from there. He did have to lipo from my thighs and love handles to get enough though which I wasn’t mad about.

For post care after 48hours I am suppose to be doing some light stretching for 5 days then a little more up until day 28. After day 28 he gave me a ads that I’m suppose to wear for at least 6 hours a day. Also received antibiotics pain killers and a hat (lol). Also got instructions on how to start massaging so that I try to prevent lumps from the filler

This was a really good experience so far. Now I’m just waiting for the numbing to wear off and my driver to take me back to the room. One of his fellow doctors is coming in the morning to my hotel to do a follow up then back home I go.

Also I have to mention dr ivan Aguilar was not or has ever been in work with dr Casavantes, I made that error but he politely corrected me.

Now on day 2 of recovery but first a mistake I made.

The day after surgery I booked my flight to go home, I’d seriously recommend anyone getting this much done to stay another day. While I was in the airport my lipo wounds where bleeding pretty bad, I got dizzy and actually passed out in the airport. Luckily medics where near by and I didn’t hit my head when I fell. So after so rest time and lots of fluids I finally recovered and they actually let me go on the plane, thank god.

Now on to day 2, I’m bruising and swelling everywhere, the lipo incisions are still oozing a tiny bit but it’s almost done. Pain wise is a little greater than after surgery but nothing unbearable more just a dull pain from the swelling, and tenderness. I did start to do light pills on my unit like instructed and will try to take a shower today. All in all it is still definitely worth it, I just have to learn that somethings you can’t toughen out.

This is something worth noting: let us not misconstrue non-surgical and surgical downtimes. If you get any sort of lipo, de-gloving, or general anesthesia, you ought to consider MINIMUM 3-4 days, if not a week. A lot of commentary here talks about how easy procedures are, but often times they are in reference to non-surgical Girth enhancement. What h3o2 went through was more than that. Recovery time should be paramount to anyone considering these procedures!

You hit the nail on the head with that statement, I did a lot of reading here before getting the surgery done, mainly those that went to morgansten, only a handful got the pubic lipo and I’m guessing that’s what’s draining me the most. But yes I’m on day 3 post surgery and I’m still swelling pretty good, I’m hoping to hit the peak of my swelling soon but everyone heals differently, and I may have messed up by hurting myself when I blacked out. But so far no signs of infection, all lipo areas have healed and stopped leaking, stitches at the base of my penis have not torn and have very very little residual blood on it.

I did take a shower last night with my wife watching me very closely, thank god no light headedness, and it felt really good to shower after all that blood. Still taking my antibiotics and just using Tylenol now for the minor pain down there, honestly if my testicle area wasn’t so swollen I wouldn’t need the tylenol at all.

So I usually bruise easily but damn… lol just took a picture and didn’t realize how bruised I was.

Question though all the pain is pretty much gone except today I’ve noticed around the v cut I’m getting some pain every now and then, I’m guessing this is normal?

Only complaint I have is now my unit pulls hard to the left I’m guessing cause of the incision, but I’m sure it won’t be that bad once I start stretching.
