Hi all, I had 20ml
HA juvederm injection done by Dr.
Shafer in August. This was the study research that they’re currently working on. I finally decided to post the progress after 4months.
PRE PROCEDURE
My starting stats were:
BPFL: 4”
FG: 3.75”
BPEL: 5.75”
EG: 4.5”
Finding the clinic was easy, they’re right on 5th Avenue, the building has an attendant and I just asked which floor
Shafer Clinic is on. Once in the clinic, you can see that it’s a high-end clinic that provides many procedures and not just
Male Enhancement. The people at the front were welcoming and very professional, so I knew I’m in good hands.
I met Dr Hussain, he’s the lead doctor for the research at the clinic. Answered some questionnaire, pictures taken, and then I was ready to go!
PROCEDURE
The procedure itself was very short, probably 30mins in total. There was the lidocaine (numbing cream), caverject injection (for
Erect photo), and steroid injection (to also numb). The first two were done by Dr Hussain, and then Dr
Shafer came in with the steroid and
HA injection.
During the procedure, Dr
Shafer was really calm. We even talked a little bit during the
HA injection to make me feel less nervous. The needles only felt like getting a pinch/pull on your penis. After injecting at several spots (base, glans), we’re all set.
Right when it’s done, I can feel definitely feel the weight of my penis dropped on my
Balls (which is amazing). Dr Hussain gave me the wrap and explained how to wrap and massage it for the next 5 days. The procedure is done and comes the maintenance.
POST 1st PROCEDURE
I don’t have the picture of my penis wrapped, unfortunately. This picture is taken at the clinic 2weeks after, so the bruises has subsided. The pain post procedure is mild and was intense only for the night of for me. I can say it’s mild because I fell asleep as usual and it didn’t wake me up at night. I did have to massage it whenever I go to the restroom. The healing process was smooth, by day 3 I was wrapping only for the purpose of aesthetic, making sure the
HA stays even. By day 5, I stopped wrapping and continued massaging for 5-15mins a day or just whenever I use the restroom to make it easy for me.
By this time my stats were:
BPFL: 4.1”
FG: 4.2”
BPEL: 5.8”
EG: 4.9”
2nd PROCEDURE
The 2nd procedure was much easier as it was literally the exact same thing, again. Lidocaine and caverject done by Dr Hussain, Steroid and
HA done by Dr
Shafer. I knew what to expect already, and this time I did take a picture post procedure. (Although there’s something wrong with my phone’s private storage system so the picture got all messed up *sigh)
*You can see the dot^ near the base, that’s from the injection.
POST 2ND PROCEDURE
The recovery was even smoother than the first one. No pain at all except for the needle scar, which stopped overnight. The day after my penis felt completely back to normal. Although, I still continued wrapping for 5 days for aesthetic purposes.
By now my stats are:
BPFL: 4.2”
FG: 4.8”
BPEL: 6”
EG: 5.5”
Here’s
Erect before and after with measurements
Overall, I’m really happy with the results. I gained 1"
Girth and tiny bit of length. My partners have been noticing it, them saying “that really fill me up just now”, or “that’s really thick” makes it feels good. The first month post procedure, there was a slight discomfort during intercourse, but nothing unmanageable. The new tightness definitely wins over the discomfort.
The other downside I can say is sometimes now and then the
HA can “gather” at one spot, either at the bottom or at the shaft, making the penis looking weird. However, massaging it for 1 minute solves this issue perfectly. I do think (and heard) though, that everybody reacts differently to
HA, so this post is
not a medical advice since I’m not a medical professional. If you decide to do it,
do it at your own risk. For me, it was really smooth and I had 0 complication. Dr
Shafer and Hussein were both amazing.
If you're interested or had done male procedures before, pm me and let's talk. If you ask me, I’d 100% do it again, which is why I’m saving right now for future procedures.
