Hi all, I'm a newbie and considering doing an initial Ellanse procedure at Avanti. In terms of goals, I'm looking for modest increase in EG while trying to optimize for aesthetics. Money isn't an issue so I would rather opt for more conservative treatment w/ lower risk of a suboptimal result (even though that may always be a possibility). For those of you who have been to the clinic:

-What are your recommendations to improve results/minimize risks (I've looked into mentions of a recommendations from Texas to no avail)?
-Are you satisfied with the results (whether PMMA or Ellanse)? Why or why not?
-If you did have an Ellanse procedure, for how long have you had the filler and what did you wish you knew before going in?

So far the threads in this forum have been incredibly helpful as a resource. I appreciate any and all feedback.

It seems we are in the exact same position. Im going to start my progress report soon, but I’m going down the exact same path you are.

Elanse seems to be a good option. PMMA seems kinda scary because we don’t know what 20 year outcomes look like yet. Getting ungloved sounds horrible.

Did you end up going with an option? Still looking?

It seems like Ellanse is long lasting . No losses reported after 5 years .
