If anyone read my report you'll know I had excellent results with PMMA procedure with Dr. Morales, I went from a flat 5" to a flat 6" and I experienced absolutely no negative side effects whatsoever.

I do have a question though. I was at 6" just 7 days after the procedure. I was under the impression that you get some Girth from the filler, but the majority of the Girth is grown over the next two months through collagen production.

I'm at 6 weeks now and my Girth has remained exactly where it started at 6 inches. Again, NOT complaining I am thrilled. If anything I was actually a bit nervous it was going to keep growing and end up way above my target. I am just a bit surprised that 100% of my gains were realized immediately after the procedure and I'm wondering if I misunderstood the whole collagen growth aspect. Is there an instantaneous collagen reaction in those first few days that makes the bulk of the gains and then you're lucky if it grows a bit extra after that or am I an unusual case?

kind of confused at what you're saying? so you at 6inch Girth? i thnk you should be good then. I went from a little under 4.9 maybe to like 5.4, 4.2, 5.1 seems to keep growing every day. I'm a go back for one more cause i need the look of that 5.8 or 6inch Girth.

Not sure how it could possibly be more clear but I'll try....

I thought you get the filler, which adds just a little Girth, but stimulates collagen growth for the next two months and this is where the majority of the results come from.

My Girth has not changed at all since the very first few days after the procedure.

Did I misunderstand the process and you get the bulk of the collagen growth immediately after the procedure, with extra growth over time happening only in rare circumstances?

Some guys form collagen faster than others or to varying degrees. You could have been forming it as the carrier was absorbed and then the swelling was slowly dissipating. I always ended up having a low point, however my final dimensions were usually very close to about six hours after the procedure. Every one varies

Exactly. Some guys have a 'bounce back" where the carrier and swelling dissipate quickly and then they rebuild. Other guys have it coincide so it seems that there has been no change when in fact there has been a physical change, it is just not as apparent. It may seem like it is just the filler that has caused the increase, but this is not the case with PMMA.

I'm with you. Settled at 6.5 (half Inch gain) at 5 days and never changed.

Yes, you seem to have misunderstood. The gel carrier adds Girth initially. Usually Girth gained from the carrier that first two weeks seems to be, on average, a little more than what is replaced by collagen growth. I don't believe it is all still swelling that causes a greater result in weeks 2 and 3. This is my opinion. The gel dissipates and Girth is replaced by collagen growth either equal, the same, or greater than gains measured in weeks 1-3. If not the same Girth, any difference up or down seems small.

Elllanse consists of different microspheres. Collagen growth has been reported to continue for longer periods with Ellanse.
