Ellanse Girth Journal with Androfill Dr Horn in London (previously had Voluma) 3 years 8 months ago #1308702667

Here we go again.

So some of the older regulars may remember me from :
phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/vol...ll-in-london-8334775

I was basically the first guy to use Androfill in London back in the day from these boards. I had 3 rounds of Voluma with near perfect results.

However it's finally really and truly worn off so about six months ago I struck up a new conversation with Francis about going back in but work, and covid and crap got in the way but we're back on track now so just about to book a slot and here we go I guess.

I personally had my Juvaderm volumna last such a long time so a bit hesitant to go Ellanse but I want the duration and Francis seems to feel this is the way to go now.

I'm paying for 10 ml but onlly going to try 4-5 in one round to see if we have any issues. Apparently post op treatment is more focussed with Ellanse than voluma so will try it in 2 sessions and see how we go.

Anybody else around had Ellanse with Androfill here? Please feel free to link to your stories or give me any useful info.

Thanks All.

Good to see you back here. I followed your journey on the old board. I ll certainly be following this closely as I just had Voluma but long term plan to have Ellanse. Good luck and keep us posted!

Will do mate. Still a bit nervous about Ellanse as I had such an easy ride with Voluma bar a little bump in one place on round 1 which I massaged out but I know Ellanse is just a lot longer lasting and I don't like going back in often.

I'll keep everybody posted.

How much did you retain from your previous filler?

At this point , maybe 1/3rd in a Inch at most. But my last lot was years ago and the first 4 years ago so I had a good run from it.

Honestly if Androfill did PMMA here I would likely do that as having something permanent would be my choice but I'm not heading over to mexico so sounds like Ellanse is the next best option.

Honestly, just my opinion, if you had as you say "near perfect" results with HA, and they also lasted longer than advertised, I see no point to venture a different path. Ellansè is something that can cause issues, so that even the most experienced contributors doctors here decided to avoid it. Remember, but you know it already, that while HA is reversible in case of problems, asimmetry, nodules, bumps etc. with Ellansè you gotta keep your finger crossed, and it's diffcult to treat it. Ask dr Oates why for example they decided to abandon it.
Ellansè itself had to warn agaist the use of their product for genital enhancement.
Same risks, if not many more, with PMMA.
If you just have to top-up HA every 2-3 year, I think it's still, at the moment, the safest way to keep your Girth without complications.
Maybe you can ask dr. Horn, if there are new HA fillers that grant better results and maybe a slightly longer life.
Lastly there's a chance that after several treatment over the years, you'll likely need less and less product to keep you dimensions stable.

While I agree HA has the best safety profile, I'm hardly able to assert that Ellanse (or PMMA for that matter) is high-risk, relatively speaking. I don't want to sound like a shill but next month marks 10 years since I've had PMMA in my penis and I've had ZERO instances of complications, and I haven't come across "Ellanse disaster" reports that would warrant a red flag either.

On a side note, I wanted to see if there was any truth in some commenters reporting that @Dr_Oates discontinued Ellanse? Perhaps confusion? Clarification would be most appreciated :)

It hasn't been nearly as long for me, but I also have had zero issues. Or at least zero issues caused directly by the pmma. The only exception was when I had a marathon with a very young, very tiny, very tight girl, and my penis was a little sore the next day. Which was just because of all the large organ in the small vagina. I do have moments when i worry about what happens twenty years from now, but there's nothing but my own paranoia to substantiate those fears, as far as i can tell.

I’m happy that you had great results and no side effects so far. I think that a direct opinion from the two contributors doctors would be beneficial for all members, as they are professionals with years of experience with many different patients.

@tiritera

That would be good to hear from the doctors, you are correct; and that is why this board that exists, to facilitate these type of interactions. But that doesn't mean you need to come on hear telling people to stay away from something and that it can cause damage. thats not your place. This board exists to empower others and educate not to scare.

having scews put in your bones has risks, having a hair transplant has risks. Lots of things CAN cause damage. Lets keep things positive and accurate on here.

Texas I didn’t intend to scare anybody, just sharing info that very experienced doctors in this field and also contributors of this forum discourage the use of Ellanse and Pmma. I think their opinion is much more valuable than mine or anybody else.

Maybe the fact that HA is the most profitable filler for the practitioner, long term speaking, has something to do with their personal “biased” opinions.

So is Dr. Oates still using Ellanse as a filler? Has anyone heard either way since this comment was posted on this thread?
