Update
Had my consultation with Dr.
Casavantes at AvantiDerma - was easy to talk to and we discussed pros/cons risks/rewards of procedures. Went through photos and talked through a few minor things. I was listed as an ideal candidate. I never felt rushed.
Probably was an easier conversation because I was considering
Ellanse over
PMMA (non-permanent) and because I wasn't going for larger gains. My goal is to get the procedure once, stay locally for the week and see if I need a touch-up right away, and then go home happy. While realistically I'd love to go for a second session for even bigger gains, getting to 5.5"
Girth is still quite good for many many women. Also, I'm about 0.5" thicker at the base, so that would put me at 6" at target at the base which is plenty. Any future sessions would probably make me
feel a lot better mentally, but would likely be less practical. I hear stories from bigger guys on here so I could probably go bigger, but I'm thinking once is enough. I saw before and after for 3x users and honestly I don't think I'm long enough or naturally thick enough to support that kind of growth.
I'm feeling more confident about the procedure. I haven't scheduled anything yet but am thinking through my options.
I am opting out of the lengthening procedure (don't think it makes sense), although I have very high/tight ligaments so I'm wondering if I should do some basic stretching/traction to see if I can gain an
Inch of length first. I tried out a greatly simplified form of a routine from another forum and noticed tremendous improvement in
Flaccid stats (honestly just wet heat alone seems to increase
Flaccid size for hours afterwards). Not any bigger just more relaxed
Flaccid (non-retracted).
Wet heat applied
Flaccid stats (no reason to think permanent):
FG: 4.5" (+0.25")
FL: 4.5" - 5.0" (+0.75" to +1.25")
Surprisingly makes things look a lot better from a small change.
While not directly related to the procedure, I thought relevant to consider/factor in if I eventually show before/after and my stats 'changed' from my starting post.
