Decided to continue my progress report from the old board below

phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/the...ey-8583221?&trail=15

I went back to Androfill and got another 4ml of Ellanse (4 year).

I decided on two at the base, 1 on the right side down the length of the shaft and 1/2 on the top left just near the foreskin.

I agreed with Dr Horn that this is what we would do but when he put the cannula inside me he decided that he would put an entire ml on the top left near the foreskin I panicked and in the moment asked him not to put an entire ml and to make it even with 1/2 on the other side. I didn't really want this though and it was as a result of the plan being changed midway through the operation. He then took the cannula out without really putting any product on the left and inserted it into the other side and placed basically an entire ml on the right, something that I didn't want as there was already product there and was the reason for wanting it on the left.

I have tried to massage rigorously over the last week but it seems like a lot of the product has ended up at the top right of my shaft.

I have spoken to Androfill about what can be done to rectify this as it is totally obvious and lopsided. Admittedly there might still be some swelling as it's only been 9 days and I have continued to massage it which could aggravate the swelling. I have attached photos below.

I just wanted to hear people's thoughts on what could be done to reduce this lopsided effect? I don't want to even it with product as the size with this new product here is way too much already.

It is probably 1ml of Ellanse in total bunched up near the tip on the right which is causing the issue. Androfill have mentioned Kenalog injections. What are people's experience of these and can they be used effectively to reduce larger lumps?

I'm getting really worried and wish I hadn't gone for the touch-ups near the top and instead just had the base done. I've had problems sleeping for the last week worrying about this.

I've seen Kenalog work effectively on PMMA in that area. I've actually got some photos of a guy who had a lump there and after a Kenalog injection it was significantly reduced. I can't post them though, as I'm no longer in contact with him and don't have his permission to share them on a public forum.

Just out of interest, did you gain anything from the 2 ml at the base?

Media it sounds like you’ve been on one hell of a journey with PE! Have you spoken to Dr Horn about the permutations of interactions with Kenalog and the unknown filler you had in Italy?

That’s something worth considering.

Yeah, I will make sure I flag this up about the unknown filler. I am hoping that a lot of the size is to do with some swelling that seems to have come back up again when the other areas had gone down. It feels like there is something more than just the filler under the skin which is making it worse so I will sit tight for a couple of days and see if anything changes.

It seems like a lot of people have used Kenalog on here. Do you know if it is effective at dissolving clumps of product or just smaller nodules?

Thanks,

Jim

Corticosteroids are almost solely used to treat inflammation so any efficacy it has on smaller nodules should be applicable to larger masses to.

There are some good reports on CO2 treatments in breaking down large masses, but from my conversations with the practitioners in the UK, that seems to be more specialised, or at least not widely practised here.

Kenalog worked for me on Ellanse nodules , but I had to get a later 2 ml of Ellanse fill in that area .

I’ve read somewhere here that doing Kenalog within 10 days of initial procedure is preferred

How targeted can you be with Kenalog in your experience? Did it just dissolve everything in that area or can you use it as a sculpting tool to slightly reshape where the lump might protrude?

Quite targeted , but it does destroy collagen yoo

So would it be worth waiting for the collagen to set in then. I imagine at this stage it is just carried fluid and Ellanse in the area of issue. Would the Kenalog work on that or would I need to wait for a couple months for the collagen to set in and to get an idea of the final aesthetic. It seems like it might be best to do that? and then work to reshape once it’s set.

So things have settled down a bit. I think the problem was that all the swelling went down and then just an isolated area of swelling sprung up in the top right part, which made me think the product had bunched there. I am used to the swelling being weird shapes but when it goes down and then back up again just in one area it was a little alarming! The effect isn't soo dramatic right now and doesn't look that bad. I think I will need some more at the base though to even out the shaft. It seems as if getting product right down at the base is quite tricky! At the moment its a bit top-heavy but i don't think it would be too noticeable as it is. Sorry guys bit of a freak out and hopefully for not too much of a concern. Will post pics in a couple of days and give the swelling a bit more time to go down.
