TOPIC: My Starting Line (Photos Inside)

I have been on and off with PE for about 2 years now. I have an esl40 and a bib like Hanger. I started wearing the esl40 for any where of 8-14 hrs a day. The hager i have to figure out because it keeps slipping. I also have sever retraction.
I am interested in Phalloplasty and have seen throught the years of lurking on here that Erect length is not realistic through surgery. I am working on diet and exercise for the fat pad. Currently in Vegas if that helps.
My goals are to be 7x6 nbp and to get rid of my turkey neck.
Guidance from members and doctors would be greatly appreciated.

Also had a bad skateboard accident when i was around 13, board snapped in half on a hand rail. Needless ro say i was walking funny for a while and now everytime i sneeze my prostate either tingles or hurts.

Where have you thought of getting Phalloplasty and what procedure ?

Im doing Hanging/stretching right now. Possible lig cut. Scrotal web reduction for sure. Then if im happy with that, i will probably go for PMMA or Ellanse if the prices come down.

Not sure where for the lig cut, most probably Avanti for the PMMA.

Is the turkey neck really bad? You've got a nice aesthetic penis there, I think you should only consider surgery if the turkey neck is really dramatic, as it will leave you with visible scarring.

I think losing a bit of weight will help more than any surgery. You'll gain length from that alone.

The turkey neck comes up to about 45% of my length. Working on losing weight. Another issue i have is my erections are limited by shaft skin. Like too much forskin was cut when my Circumcision was done when i was a kid. So im wondering if adding Girth will help stretch or grow more skin.
