 Dr. Reed in Miami - fyi, lig cut doesn't really give your Erect length more than .25 inches or so in added length - .5 is on the high end. What it does is make your Flaccid length much closer to what your Erect length is, so you look like your Erect length is much bigger. I have no idea if people who have had the surgery have an easier time gaining length though Hanging and PE than people who haven't had it. It became a motivating factor for me, but that doesn't really prove anything.
