I think that the main risk during the first two days is that it will mess up the manually smoothed out
PMMA in the canals. Once it is stabilized the main risk is infection through the entry points at the base of the penis. You don\'t want to go anal when those wounds are still open, right? Just in case you didn\'t get the risk factor.
I wasn\'t in any hurry to try it out mostly because the opportunity didn\'t arise and because I was happy to give it a rest. Plus I had two other surgeries seven and eight days after, which sort of took a hit in terms of my short term preoccupation with sex. So I waited until it naturally happened around 2 weeks after the
PMMA injections. I found no discomfort and even that it has reduced from its swollen size to only marginally thicker than the original. It worked fine and produced a positive reaction with no soreness. I had less sensation possibly as a sequel to the trauma of the procedure or maybe from the
PMMA interfering with skin sensitivity. This was something I found useful as it helps me last a lot longer. The reverse was true for my partner, she found the sensation more powerful.
