All Threads/Posts MUST strictly follow these guidelines. When submitting information on a doctor please state it in exactly this format:
Dr. \"Full Name\" OR alternatively \"Full Name,\" MDPrimary Location of Practice, City, State, CountryType of Physician (i.e. Plastic,
Urologist, etc.)List of PE Specialties (i.e.
FFT, DFG, etc.) separated by semicolons!Basic Contact Info (usually just the phone # will suffice. should you choose add an office address, separate it with a semicolon!)
All though the above template is in bold, your actual submission MUST be in Italics, please see an example below:
Dr. John DoeDallas, TX, USAPlastic SurgeonFree Fat Transfer; Ligament Severing Length Procedure; Glans Enhancement via Macrolane555-555-5555
Failure to post in the above format will have your post deleted, and you will be notified via PM to re-submit in the correct format. If the errors are minor, I (or another Moderator) will make the changes manually.
The reason for this strict guideline is create a standardized methodology for looking up information on this website, especially when the information is purely non-subjective. Be sure your information is accurate and up to date, especially since doctors may abandon certain PE techniques in favor of others.
Any reason not to post in this format is to point out an error in someone else\'s submission or to update a previous submission. Otherwise all posts in this forum must be the BASIC INFO above. I will manually begin to add some info of the most popular names on the
Phalloplasty scene, but I EXPECT members to do the bulk of all the submissions, since after all this is a network of learning, and we all benefit from mutual contributions.
Thanks.
