PhalloBoards SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES
2026 Edition
PhalloBoards operates as an independent platform dedicated to education, authenticity, and ethical advancement within the field of male Phalloplasty and male sexual medicine.
Sponsorship reflects endorsement of these principles and a commitment to follow these Guidelines.
The Administrator reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Guidelines in good faith to preserve platform integrity.
These Guidelines work alongside each Sponsor’s signed Sponsorship agreement, which governs how they apply.
The PhalloBoards maintains independence from Sponsors. The platform is professionally moderated to uphold the spirit of these Guidelines.
These Guidelines apply to PhalloBoards 3.0 (). Sponsorship oversight and decisions concerning a Sponsor’s standing are reserved to the Administrator and Owner.
1. Mission Alignment Sponsorship signifies support for:
● The free flow of substantiated medical information within a moderated space
● Rejecting high-pressure sales, body-shaming, and manipulative marketing tactics
● Accountability within a historically under-standardized field
● Medical ethics and patient advocacy
● Building toward a more standardized field through innovation
2. Sponsor Participation:
Sponsors are encouraged, but not required, to utilize available platform privileges. The platform provides visibility and hosting infrastructure. Sponsors remain responsible for creating their own marketing materials, media, and educational content. Failure to submit content or participate actively does not constitute failure of platform performance.
3. Professional Conduct Toward Other Providers:
Sponsors are expected to compete through the quality of their work and explanation of their methods. Sponsors shall not:
● Engage in hostile or derogatory commentary toward other Sponsors
● Attempt to undermine competitors through insinuation
● Create adversarial disputes over procedural preference Legitimate medical disagreement must remain professional and evidence-based. Practices that are demonstrably dangerous or unethical may be criticized when supported by credible evidence and presented professionally; however, criticism should focus on the merits, risks, or ethics of the practice rather than personal attacks on a provider.
4. Collaborative Spirit:
Competition exists, but Sponsors are encouraged to maintain a professional and collaborative tone. Constructive engagement supports the advancement and standardization of the field. The platform exists for informational exchange and does not function as a referral service, professional association, or guarantee of clinical outcomes.
5. Ethical Associations
Sponsors shall not publicly associate with or materially endorse any practitioner employing deceptive or dangerous methods, or exploitative marketing practices, nor engage in such practices themselves. This includes, but is not limited to, large-volume silicone oil injections (, volumes inconsistent with accepted microdroplet techniques) and fillers or devices lacking required FDA approval or clearance. Such associations undermine trust in the platform and may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of Sponsorship.
6. Authentic Reviews and Anti-Shilling Policy:
Fabricated reviews, impersonation of patients, or coordinated reputation manipulation, whether positive or negative, are prohibited. If a Sponsor offers incentives for a patient to post about their experience on the PhalloBoards:
● The arrangement must comply with applicable disclosure and consumer protection laws
● The Sponsor bears sole responsibility for such compliance
Retaliation against patients for honest feedback is inconsistent with the platform and these
Guidelines.
The use of waivers or agreements intended to restrict or suppress a patient’s ability to share truthful experiences may constitute a breach of these Guidelines.
7. Community Engagement Standards:
Sponsors may engage in discussion but are not required to respond to every inquiry. Sponsors are advised to avoid contentious arguments with members.
Concerns regarding inappropriate member conduct or Sponsor conduct should be directed to the Administrator.
8. Negative Reviews and Content Removal:
Sponsors may not demand Removal of substantiated negative reviews. Unsubstantiated criticism may be moderated based on credibility, supporting detail, and apparent intent. The platform distinguishes between good-faith dissatisfaction and malicious or baseless attacks.
9. Platform Neutrality:
Sponsors may not require the Administrator or Moderators to actively promote them in commentary. The platform maintains editorial independence while enforcing civility and fairness.
10. Confidentiality of Sponsorship Terms:
Sponsors must keep nonpublic pricing, contract details, and individual arrangements confidential, except where their signed sponsorship agreement permits disclosure.
11. Content Relevance:
All submitted material must be materially relevant to medical Male Enhancement or male sexual medicine relating to anatomy, function, health, and performance. Unrelated services may not be promoted through the platform. These Guidelines may be updated periodically to reflect evolving standards and platform integrity.
