PhalloBoards SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES

2026 Edition

PhalloBoards operates as an independent platform dedicated to education, transparency, and ethical advancement within the field of male Phalloplasty and male sexual medicine.
Sponsorship reflects alignment with the following principles:

1. Mission Alignment

Sponsorship signifies support for:
  • The free flow of substantiated medical information
  • Moderated community discussion
  • Transparency and accountability within a historically under-standardized field
  • Impartial presentation of qualified providers
  • Informed patient decision-making, including the option to select another provider or decline a procedure
  • PhalloBoards maintains independence, neutrality among Sponsors, and professional moderation.

2. Sponsor Participation

Sponsors are encouraged, but not required, to utilize available platform privileges.

The platform provides visibility and hosting. Sponsors remain responsible for creating their own marketing materials, media, and educational content.

Failure to submit content or participate actively does not constitute failure of platform performance.

3. Professional Conduct Toward Other Providers

Sponsors are expected to compete through the quality of their work and explanation of their methods.

Sponsors shall not:
  • Engage in hostile or derogatory commentary toward other Sponsors
  • Attempt to undermine competitors through insinuation
  • Create adversarial disputes over procedural preference
  • Legitimate medical disagreement must remain professional and evidence-based.
  • Practices that are demonstrably dangerous or unethical may be criticized when supported by credible evidence.

4. Collaborative Spirit

Competition exists, but Sponsors are encouraged to maintain a professional and collaborative tone.

Constructive engagement supports the advancement and standardization of the field.

5. Ethical Associations

Sponsors shall not publicly align with or materially endorse practitioners employing deceptive, dangerous, or widely discredited methods.

Such association may undermine trust in the platform.

6. Authentic Reviews and Anti-Shilling Policy

Fabricated reviews, impersonation of patients, or coordinated reputation manipulation, whether positive or negative, are prohibited.

If a Sponsor offers incentives for a patient to post about their experience:
  • The arrangement must comply with applicable disclosure and consumer protection laws
  • The Sponsor bears sole responsibility for legal compliance
  • Retaliation against patients for honest feedback is prohibited.

7. Community Engagement Standards

Sponsors may engage in discussion but are not required to respond to every inquiry.

Sponsors are expected to maintain professionalism in member interactions. Constructive, good-faith debate is welcome; argumentative exchanges are not encouraged.

Concerns regarding inappropriate member conduct should be directed to the Administrator.

8. Negative Reviews and Content Censorship

Sponsors may not demand the deletion or censorship of substantiated negative reviews, nor may they request punitive or retaliatory action against a member whose review complies with the Forum Rules. Final determinations regarding compliance rest solely with Forum Administration.

Unsubstantiated criticism may be moderated based on credibility, detail, and intent.

The platform distinguishes between good-faith dissatisfaction and malicious or baseless attacks.

9. Platform Neutrality

Sponsors may not require the Administrator or Moderators to actively promote them in commentary.

The platform maintains editorial independence while enforcing civility and fairness.

10. Confidentiality of Sponsorship Terms

Sponsorship agreements are confidential.

Sponsors shall not disclose pricing, contractual terms, or individualized arrangements to other Sponsors or third parties.

Package structures may vary based on scope, duration, historical relationship, or other business considerations.

11. Content Relevance

All submitted material must be materially relevant to medical Male Enhancement or male sexual medicine relating to anatomy, function, health, or performance.

Unrelated services may not be promoted through the platform without the approval of the PhalloBoards Administrator.

These Guidelines may be periodically updated to reflect evolving standards and platform integrity.
